We are a 6/7 minute drive from the beaches of M.di Campo, Cavoli, Fetovaia, etc.Our country has, in the center , a small medieval village and around other ancient historical sites. A peaceful area in the countryside with good local facilities. It's great out of season too for walking or cycling. Its a sunny apartment but very cool inside. In the winter months there is heating. The apartment is on the ground floor but has a few steps to reach the apartment from the car park. There is also free parking facilities.

La struttura e l'arredo, per quanto possibile, sono rimasti quelli di un tempo. Adesso l'aspetto interno è vintage con oggetti recuperati. La casa è fresca ma un buon sistema di climatizzazione non guasta! Il cortile è il luogo dove si passa il tempo estivo mentre in inverno ci ritroviamo davanti al camino . Tutt'intorno ci sono piante grasse e le bouganville che nascondono la doccia esterna e il fico dell'amico vicino i cui frutti cadono nel nostro spazio e che vi invitiamo ad assaggiare.
