The lake is accessed from the garden gate, across the street and another 150 m..., then you are at the swimming lake, walk around the lake 1.5 km. Self-sufficient in the construction trailer. A self-catering kitchen and a separate bathroom are located in the annex, for your own use (not in the family's house). We (Gesa and Christoph with our two children) live in the house on the property.

Die Unterkunft ist die ideale Basis für eine Auszeit in abwechslungsreicher Natur, umgeben von kraftvollen Orten und historischen Monumenten. Willkommen am See.

From here you can easily reach Munich city center for sightseeing, exhibitions, as well as Oktoberfest by S-Bahn, train or car in about 30 minutes. The Messestadt Riem (concerts and trade fairs) only 20 minutes. The Allianz Arena is also easily accessible by public transport. For further excursions, we recommend the largest thermal spa world in Europe in Erding, Poing amusement park and the exploration of many swimming lakes. Our alpine hut is located at the foot of the "Hörnle," the local mountain of Bad Kohlgrub, in an absolutely quiet location and is the starting point for hikes, ski tours, snowshoeing, sledding and is just 5 minutes from the mountain railway station 1 - 2 dogs are welcome.

Our apartment (in a 3-family house) in the basement, is located between Munich and Garmisch-Partenkirchen, in the middle of the “Pfaffenwinkel.“ The optimal starting point for numerous excursions to sights or also sporting activities such as hiking or cycling. Larger shopping facilities can be found in Weilheim, Peißenberg or Murnau. In addition, a natural swimming pond with a small Kneipp facility is about 1 km away and allows spontaneous refreshment at any time of the day

Cozy apartment on the first floor with a private terrace. Lakeside facilities, shopping and restaurants - all within walking distance in 7-8 minutes. Bathing area with kiosk about 1.5 km (accessible via car-free foot and bike path). From November to approx. the beginning of April, there is a beautiful lake view through the trees with magnificent sunrises. And from April to October, we are surrounded by lots of greenery and a beautiful view of the protected landscape area.

Our vacation home is located in a quiet, idyllic area surrounded by forest and fields, only a few minutes away from Erding. It has a separate, private entrance and accommodates 2 guests. Destinations like the Therme Erding, the Munich Trade Fair and the Munich airport can be easily reached by car. Excellent public transport connection brings you to Munich's Marienplatz within 40 minutes. The S-Bahn train station can be reached by stairs.
