Unsere Ferienwohnung befindet sich in dem schönen Luftkurort Seelbach im Schwarzwald, der Europa Park Rust ist 30 Autominuten entfernt von uns. Von der Wohnung aus kann man schön den Schwarzwald erkunden. Es gibt viele Sehenswürdigkeiten in unsere Nähe. Die Wohnung liegt im Einliegerbereich des Hauses mit separatem Eingang. Sitzplätze vor dem Haus laden zum verweilen ein. Unsere Fewo ist für 3 Personen geeignet, Kind ab 8 Jahren. Wir liegen in ruhiger Lage am Ortsrand von Seelbach.

Die Villa Berta wurde 2021 neu im mediterranen Stil erbaut und mit Liebe zum Detail fertiggestellt. Bei der Einrichtung haben wir einen großen Wert auf eine stilvolle, gemütliche und familiäre Stimmung gelegt.

The in 2019 builted 538 sq ft apartment is located on top of the garage of our architect's house in a quiet residential area 11 km away from Europapark. It has a separate entrance and consists of a spacious room with box-spring double bed (2m x 2m), sofa and dining area with unobstructed views of the nature (biotope). There is also a separate fully equipped kitchen and a bathroom with a walk-in shower. Wi-Fi and TV available. Furthermore, there is a separate parking space.
