Comfortable bright apartment 3*** DTV, (80m²) in the attic with patio and barbecue. Located directly on the Kyll and forest edge without transit traffic. The apartment is directly accessible from the outside via the stairwell, has a parking space, storage for bicycles or motorcycles. It is located on the edge of a small idyllic vacation home settlement. The house was completely renovated and newly designed with a lot of love. Surrounded by many hiking trails and beautiful nature, it offers the ideal starting point discovering the beauty of the Eifel with its numerous sights.

The listed "teacher's house" is located in the small village of Eisenschmitt, in the middle of the UNESCO Geo Park "Volcanic Eifel," not far from Himmerod Abbey and surrounded by original nature. This gem is perfect for all dog lovers, hikers, or anyone who loves to take day trips. Whether the famous maars for swimming, historic Trier, Luxembourg or the vineyards and picturesque towns on the Moselle: all this can be explored and enjoyed from Eisenschmitt.

Our small, simple cabin is surrounded by greenery and offers you a wonderful retreat away from the hustle and bustle. Surrounded by meadows, trees and wide views over the countryside, this is the perfect place to unwind, breathe and recharge. The cabin is rustic and deliberately kept simple – ideal for nature lovers who appreciate the original. No luxury, but lots of charm: wood, natural materials and the quiet chirping of the birds in the morning.

Very nice apartment with jacuzzi+ outdoor sauna (use not included in the price, please read listing completely), large terrace and massage chair. Very nice bedroom. Kitchen, living room and dining room available in one room. Breakfast can be booked. (for only 12.50 euros per person) Kitchen is fully equipped. Walking bubble bath and foot massager available. No Pets! It's a non-smoking apartment. We ask that guests only smoke outdoors.

Haus Kiewisch, fully equipped holiday apartment

The fully equipped holiday apartment Haus Kiewisch (just please be aware there is no TV, but wifi) welcomes you in the small village of Seffern, next to the forest. You can start your walk or hike directly at the apartment, there are several trails. The bus stop (Seffern Ort) is located less than a 5 minutes walk. Only a 10-20 minutes drive to our small towns in the South Eifel: Bitburg, Prüm and Kyllburg.

Houseboat on the Moselle

From December to the end of February, the houseboat is located in the harbor basin, as shown in the first two pictures. Unique accommodation on the Moselle. The houseboat is located on the outer quay, with a direct view of the water. Spoiled by the sun all day. It has a double bedroom, bathroom with shower, kitchen-living room and terrace. On the roof there is another sun terrace.

The apartment was newly built in 2023. We mainly used natural building materials such as clay plaster and oak parquet flooring. It has 3 bedrooms, a bathroom and a large living area with a kitchen that is fully equipped with a stove, oven, fridge, freezer, toaster, kettle, Senseo Switch coffee maker, microwave and many kitchen utensils.

Wir vermieten ein freistehendes, ehemaliges Bauernhaus (100 m²), das 2021/22 komplett renoviert wurde. Es bietet Platz für bis zu 6 Personen und ist ideal für Familien, Wanderer und alle die Natur, Ruhe und Erholung suchen. Nur 3 km entfernt liegt der Golfplatz Lietzenhof mit seiner 18-Loch-Anlage inmitten wunderschöner Natur.
