It will take you less than 10 minutes to reach the shores of Lake Sainte-Croix and swim in its turquoise waters.

A supermarket, pharmacy 5 minutes' drive and all other shops 15 minutes. The accommodation is air-conditioned, completely renovated and nestled in a green pine forest that invites you to calm down and relax.

Montauroux, a village perched in the Var between sea (Cannes, St Raphael) and mountain (Préalpes d'Azur). The apartment is completely independent of our house with a large, fully private terrace. Lake St Cassien is within walking distance. For your comfort, we provide free bicycles, a swimming pool (unheated 12 m x 5 m), a motorcycle bike garage, a treadmill and a barbecue. Shops 1 km away. 7-seater outdoor jacuzzi (not usable in winter) and bowling alley.

Our villa is located just outside the village of "Les Adrets de l'Esterel" on top of a hill in a private domain. We have magnificent views of the sea and mountains from our terrace and it overlooks the bay of Cannes where you can see the "Îles de Lerins". You will stay in our recently renovated apartment located on the garden level of our villa with your own private access and terrace. Stairs lead directly to the pool above. The pool is shared with us.
