Located near the Marne river, 20min from DISNEY and airport, 5min from the SNCF train station linking PARIS center, the house have all equipment to past a nice moment. As we are in a small village, a car is highly recommended ! We live next door and offer you an exclusive access to the swimming pool (between May to Sept) and Jacuzzi (all the year)

This unique place has a style all its own. Absolute calm, not overlooked, on the edge of a state forest. We welcome you to our estate less than an hour from Paris. Lost in the middle of nowhere, lovers of nature and comfort will be delighted with the green calm with its heated swimming pool from March 1 to November 30 at 34° (except in exceptional cases of heat pump malfunction) and functional sauna all year round. The garden area is to be privatized either from 7pm-9pm or from 9pm-11pm.

80m², air-conditioned duplex, located along the ramparts and the fake river. 200 meters from shops and the Church of St Ayoul. You arrive by a staircase to a living space dedicated to the reception. 2 large bedrooms, 1 kitchenette, 1 dining area and 1 living room with TV. Petite piscine hors-sol (disponible du 1er juillet jusqu’au 1er septembre ,non chauffée donc en fonction des caprices de la météo !!) Proche de toutes commodités ( épicerie, boulangeries, monoprix etc…). Accès gare à une dizaine de minutes à pieds. Au sein d’une petite copropriété au calme. Capacité d’accueil de 6 personnes maximum, enfants et bébés compris.

Architect's house in the forest, 50 km from Paris

House in the forest inspired by architect Frank Lloyd Wright, swimming pool and terrace in a dominant position in a remarkable environment. Great for a stay in the middle of the forest, an hour from Paris. Many shoots, filming and corporate seminars are held on site. Train station 700 m away, shops 2 km away. Another house is also rented on the property. We limit the house to six people, with a quiet atmosphere. A caretaker resides on site.

Charming tree house

Enjoy the lovely setting of this romantic spot in nature. A little return to childhood in this atypical cabin. Breakfast included, you can enjoy it outside with the birds singing or inside. If the weather permits, why not take a dip in the pool; play a game of tennis or take your bikes for a nice ride. Please note that during the winter period the swimming pool is closed from November 5 to April 15.

AT THE PEONY ESTATE Fully renovated 150 m² accommodation with three bedrooms, located in Hautevesnes, in the Hauts-de-France region, only 1 hour from Paris and Reims. In a peaceful and green setting, you will have access to a shared swimming pool with our two other accommodations on the estate. It is open every year from May 1 to September 30.

Large house fully equipped to modern tastes, with a large garden with pool and terrace. 15 minutes from Roissy airport and 25 minutes from Eurodisney and Asterix Park Train station 7 minutes away, which takes you to Paris in 25 minutes I would like to point out that my accommodation is not suitable for people with reduced mobility.
