(1 hr 10 min from Le Mans) A comfortable 45 m2 mini wooden house nestled among the trees, in the heart of the Réno-Valdieu state forest, extended by a large terrace and overlooking a beautiful 2 hectare pond. On the ground floor, a living room with a wood-burning stove and an equipped kitchen as well as a comfortable shower room. Upstairs, under the roof, 2 bedrooms (1 double bed and 2 single beds). Set back on the grounds, the old barn converted into a dwelling.

The shepherd's hut at Les Aulnaies

A traditional English Shepherds hut set in the rolling Normandy countryside. Your own private space with separate entrance and secure off road parking. The rural location offers breathtaking panoramic views of the Normandy countryside. Price includes breakfast. Coffee and tea making facilities are provided but due to limited space within the hut, there are no cooking facilities. Sorry no pets ,even small dogs!

Gypsy caravan and Nordic bath

Restored gypsy caravan on our property. The trailer is equipped with a bed area and a kitchen area with sink and fridge as well as electricity. The trailer is not equipped with a bathroom but you will have a Nordic bath to relax in peace. Also: dry toilet, barbecue, bikes and a small outdoor terrace. Breakfast is included in the nightly rate but you can also have a packed lunch on order before your arrival

Spacious 30 m2 caravan for 5 people (kitchen + 3 bunk beds + master bedroom + bathroom with toilet) Garden furniture + barbecue. PLEASE NOTE: Minimum 2 days on public holidays. Heated pool from May 15 to September 15, tennis, petanque, badminton, table tennis, playground + equipment loan to SHARE as there are 4 other cottages on site: 1 RANCH for 9 people and 3 CARAVANS for 2 to 5 people.
