Staying at Iris’s apartment was a dream. The space is beautiful, full of character, great energy and perfectly located — it truly made us feel like we were living in Paris rather than just visiting. Every detail felt considered, from the furnishings to the thoughtful advice that made us feel instantly at home. The neighborhood is charming and walkable, with innumerable cafés, shops, museums and that irresistible Parisian atmosphere just outside the door. Iris was a gracious and responsive host, and we can’t wait to come back and stay longer next time. Highly recommend!

Tu Huong is an excellent host. The apartment is well located, perfect for lovers of the 13th arrondissement, there is everything nearby. I think we can't make it quieter in terms of sound in the apartment. Super equipped, there are towels, a hair dryer, umbrellas... what more could you ask for...

Excellent place to stay. Walk to a butcher, cheese shop, bakery, and wine shop all within a few minutes. Lots of close by restaurants and late night pizza grabs. Grocery basically across the street. Metro just a couple minute walk away. Perfect!

Florian was a very good host. For Paris, the location is very quiet. The subway station is about 10 minutes' walk away. There were good opportunities to shop or eat nearby. A few things should possibly be repaired, such as the window in the bathroom or the one window in the bedroom. Otherwise, it is a very nice apartment, the terrace is very large and offers enough space.

Great apartment ideally located in a central but quiet neighborhood. metro station is literally in front of the gate so it's a very convenient as a base in Paris to get yourself anywhere. so the main selling point is its location. the place itself has everything you need for a short stay.

Olivier is a great host. Always responsive and proactive with checkin/checkout. The place matches what is listed. The 11th was a great neighbor and felt very local with many restaurants near the place. Highly recommend

This place is extremely cozy, but the view is breathtaking, have the opportunity to enjoy the Eiffel Tower in all its glory, there were a few night were the sunset had beautiful colors and made the experience even better. The location is great in terms of public transportation and local stores and bars. Definitely I will book it again.

Valérie is very kind, we found a cozy, very pleasant space in her house. Comfortable bed, good shower, kitchen with all the necessary items for a 4-day stay. The place is close to the subway that takes us to the center of Paris in half an hour. The balcony is a plus, where we can have a beautiful view of the sunset, and drink a wine at nightfall. There is a Carrefour downstairs, and restaurants that sell ready-made food. I really liked it. Thank you.

The apartment is exactly as it shows the pictures. Very clean and modern. 7 minutes walking to the train station. It has all amenities for a family 6-7 people The AC is portable and it works fine just install it at the living room. It has washing and drying. It was a good apartment in regards quality and price.

It is very secure and easy to find. Good facilities and a shopping mall with easy parking opposite. A lovely bakery and pizzeria nearby too. Really lovely hosts and even if the lift isn’t working you can use the stairs in the premises itself.

My partner and I stayed at François’s penthouse in Aubervilliers, and it was the perfect choice. The listing was detailed and accurate, with photos matching the pristine, well-maintained space. Located in a safe, quiet area near shops and restaurants, it provided both comfort and convenience. François was an exceptional host—kind, attentive, and highly communicative. He ensured a seamless check-in and check-out, offering a thorough tour and checking in while respecting our privacy. The penthouse had everything needed for a home-away-from-home experience, and François even recommended a nearby barber when my partner needed a lineup for a wedding. The only slight challenge was occasional delays reaching the city due to a taxi strike, but this didn’t diminish our incredible stay. Without a doubt, this Airbnb will be our go-to when we return to Paris. François you deserve 10 stars! You're truly amazing amazing host!

Hello a detached house on a well-landscaped garden. The sleeping areas are comfortable, everything is perfect, a real haven of peace. A beautiful fitted kitchen and a covered veranda that enhance the quality of the place... An undeniable value for money, I recommend

Very clean and functional accommodation, the host was available and responsive. The movie theater and ping pong table are great for spending an evening as a couple or with friends. I recommend it 100%

Lovely big space, easy access to shops and a couple of bar/ restaurants. Transportation to Paris was very close too. Ambre was really easy to deal with and helped us whenever needed. Would definitely visit again.

Awesome place to stay in Villetaneuse. We stayed there for several weeks. Very quiet, relaxing. Well equipped with a very tasteful decoration! We highly recommend it!

We had a great time! The house is spacious, clean, very well-equipped and perfectly located for visiting Paris, Parc Astérix or the Mer de Sable. Ahmadou was available, welcoming and very responsive. Kais was very responsive throughout our stay, which made everything smooth and stress-free. The property offers secure parking with an electronic gate, making it very private and safe. The neighborhood is peaceful, and we felt comfortable going for walks. There’s also convenient street parking right outside, and local stores and a McDonald’s are just a 5–10 minute walk away. The house itself was clean and spacious, with three bathrooms and two showers/baths—very handy for a family. Although we didn’t get a chance to use the outdoor jacuzzi, it was a great bonus to have. The kitchen is well-equipped with most cooking amenities depending on your needs. My family and I will definitely be staying here again on our next trip to Paris!
