Kid-friendly holiday rentals in Selce

The host couple was very accommodating and welcomed us personally. Since we arrived with a large car and trailer and the accommodation only has 2 parking spaces available for the apartments, there was a quick and uncomplicated solution for a small surcharge. The cleanliness of the premises and the inventory stood out! We arrived with 2 children (2 and 5) and only made the walk to the beach and into town once. The apartment is very quietly located on a hillside on a mountain, which is rewarded with a great view and tired legs and the kids' mood ;) We will be happy to come back! Thanks for the wonderful time at your place!

We had a great time relaxing and breathtaking views not to be missed surrounded by very nice and hospitable neighbors, everything was very clean and well organized. I wholeheartedly recommend going there. We will definitely come back

The house is very quiet and offers complete privacy. It was super clean, lots of towels and bed linens provided. The pool is cleaned once a week. Maja was always approachable, gave tips for the area, great hostess! Caution when arriving: The entrance to the property is very narrow and there is no way to turn around.

We are all very satisfied with the communication with the host, the surroundings, the dining options and the excursion opportunities. The apartment itself is worth its money and even in winter the city offers a beautiful sight due to the extensive Christmas lighting. I highly recommend it and we will definitely be back.

We had an amazing stay at this beautiful Airbnb! The place was spotless, well-equipped, and incredibly comfortable. Upon arrival, we were pleasantly surprised to find beer and drinks in the fridge, which was such a thoughtful touch. The host was fantastic, always responding within minutes. On one day, we had a minor technical issue, but it was resolved immediately, even though it was a Sunday! The location was peaceful and quiet, making it ideal for a relaxing holiday. We would definitely stay here again and highly recommend it to anyone looking for a perfect getaway!

There were three of us at Ana's, the apartment is clean and as described. We were greeted personally on site. Communication was easy and straightforward. The sea is within walking distance, down the mountain. We were very satisfied with everything. Highly recommended.

We really enjoyed our two weeks! The apartment is high quality and modernly furnished and equipped. You can cook comfortably or walk to restaurants. The terrace is private and quiet. Also on the terrace there are cozy and high-quality garden furniture that invite you to eat outside. Perfect location to discover Croatia by car. The landlady Ivana is always available and you feel very welcome. She even baked us cakes and brought us new towels during our stay.

We were a family of 5 people and a dog in the apartment. Everything was as described. The property is very spacious. Everything is clean, the amenities are great. The beach is less than 5 minutes' walk away and you can also reach the center of Crikvenica within 15 minutes along the beach promenade. We would book the place again anytime!

My husband and I just spent 18 days in this great place. Everything was wonderfully clean, the view from the terrace to the sea just great. Petra's parents also live in the house and are totally lovely people. They were very attentive. We got new linens and towels after a week. We were able to lock the terrace because we had two dogs with us. We felt very comfortable and at home. Thanks again at this point. We highly recommend it.

We really liked the apartment. The photos absolutely reflect reality. Nice and modern furniture. Unfortunately the bed is small and uncomfortable. Well-equipped accommodation. Parking is possible nearby for an extra charge, it is worth using it because it is impossible to park directly near the apartment. Very central apartment, but still quiet. The owner is very, very communicative, kind and helpful. If we come to Selce again, we will definitely stay here.

The accommodation selected met all our expectations and realistically matched the description and photos in the listing. The apartment is tidy ,functional, and comfortable, so we felt very comfortable and quite at ease . Great communication with the owner, Mrs. Barbara, who provided all the details about the accommodation, as well as recommendations for offers and events in the city, and how to easily get to the more important locations. What matters to us in choosing a place to stay was that it is in a quieter location and yet it is not necessary to go to the beach ,shopping center,restaurants. The apartment at Mrs. Barbara's is an ideal ,quiet location for a relaxing night's sleep, and yet in a few minutes' walk on the beach , a 10-15 minute walk by the sea and you're already on the waterfront,... Parking was a little difficult but not impossible to find. Definitely all the best recommendations. Look forward to coming back again 💐☺️

My family and I stayed at Sanda’s place for a night and had a wonderful experience. The view was beautiful, and the atmosphere was peaceful. Sanda thoughtfully provided cold beverages and an ice cream bar for each of us, which was a lovely and much-appreciated touch. The location was great, within walking distance of a couple restaurants and just a short drive to the downtown beach. We highly recommend her place and would definitely stay again!

The accommodation is beautiful and furnished with love of detail. We felt very comfortable right away! The terrace is also an absolute highlight. Belinda was very friendly, accommodating and helpful. The city center, as well as shopping and beach are within easy walking distance. We will definitely be back! Thank you so much for the hospitality.

An absolute delight! We much enjoyed our stay in Matjaz apartment. It is very clean upon our arrival and is as described on Airbnb. It supplies everything needed throughout the day. The private beach access is perfect, idyllic and gives you the opportunity to enjoy your vacation without any stress of searching for a spot in the shades. Although we did not use it this time - the garden is also equipped with a grill, which was quite tempting to use :) Matjaz is a super host for a reason. He and his wife are as friendly as one can be, super helpful and easy to communicate with. We would definitely come back any time and can highly recommend Matjaz and his apartment (s). ***** 5/5 Stars *****

Very courteous and always available owners, they recommended many places to visit and typical restaurants, all really great recommendations!!Perfectly clean apartment, ours was small but comfortable with all the necessary amenities, ideal for a couple. The swimming pool with sunbeds is also excellent. Very close to the center but in a quiet area, perfect for resting without disturbance. Highly recommended!!

We had a fantastic stay! Filip was always available and very helpful, which made our stay very comfortable. The space was comfortable and well appointed. Particularly impressive was the stunning view from the pool – a real highlight! The older gentleman, Filip's father, was just as incredibly friendly and accommodating. We felt completely comfortable and were able to fully enjoy our stay. Filip even left us a little longer in the apartment on the day of departure and showed us all the apartments. A really great place – we'd love to come back!

We had an amazing time in Irenas Happy beach Apartmen! Such a cozy place and thoughtfully equipped with everything you could possibly need! The view is stunning and it’s soooo quiet. We just relaxed and in enjoyed the silence. The sea is amazing and the spot directly in front of the house is also awesome for snorkelling! We found all sorts of fish, crabs, starfish, shrimps! In a 10-15 min walk alongside coats you can reach two beach bars, really cozy. In Rijeka you can shop everything. And in addition to all that, Irena is such a welcoming, friendly host! We really enjoyed our stay, thank you Irena!

I highly recommend staying in this beautiful apartment! The location is absolutely exquisite – quiet and nice, ideal to relax. The apartment itself is extremely bright, which, along with the beautiful view, creates a truly special atmosphere. I felt absolutely great and relaxed in it. The host deserves a special compliment. He was extremely responsive and always available and was happy to take care of all my wishes. His hospitality made the stay so much more enjoyable.
