Clean, comfortable and cute for those looking for a comfy place to get away from it all. Carmen’s Cabin was built by my daughter Carmen and her father in 2005. Open, bright, clean and cozy, this beautiful and efficient cabin is found in a wonderfully pleasant and family friendly neighborhood. It was situated on site to take maximum advantage of the stunning views of Kachemak Bay and the Grewingk Glacier. This is a no-pet listing, just right for one or two people. Just out your door are the many shops, galleries and restaurants, yet in your beach side suite overlooking the beautiful vistas of Kachemak Bay, you’ll swear you are miles away. Waterfront Suite - Golf Cart available to rent

Waterfront Apartment NEWLY REMODELED (Next door to the Seldovia Boardwalk Hotel) with 1 bedroom with 1 queen bed and a queen murphy bed in the outer room. It offers a full kitchen, bathroom, dining area, a couple of sleeping mats for children, outdoor covered patio with seating and BBQ. This duplex property offers larger families a place to spread out and have a private relaxing time on the waterfront patio overlooking the boat harbor. This suite is located on the bottom floor.

Surf Shack on Hesketh Island

Sleep to the sound of the sea! The Surf Shack on Hesketh Island is perfect for a small family or a couple and is glamping at its finest. It sits in the trees, 30 feet from the beach, overlooking the water and Yukon Island. This is a remote island property and can only be accessed by boat. We provide water taxi transport with True North Kayak Adventures. Pricing is $85/adult and $75/12 and under, round trip. Kayak and SUP trips are also available as well as rentals.

Small, sunny cottage is comfortable and self contained. It consists of a spacious entry way, a living room with kitchen corner, and a bed/bath room that features a built-in double bed and large shower. Open interior layout (no doors). Sleeps 2. High speed WiFi. I allow pets on approval. You must ask to bring them, tell me about your pet, and agree to the cottage pet rules with your reservation request (see House Rules section). Thank you.
