***NO PARTIES*** On top floor of an old, traditional house in the heart of Switzerland. Close to Interlaken and Spiez with a spectacular view. This place is unique, very calm. There is public transport, but I would recommend coming by car. A parking lot is provided for you. note: the bathtub is currently out of order. There is no AC as there are generally no ACs in most Swiss Apartments due to how hard it is to obtain permits for them.

Booking only for English, German or French speakers (without translation). Located in Goldswil, right next to Interlaken. Influencers with large suitcases looking for a cheap 5-star hotel - please look elsewhere, you will not like it here. If you are looking for a simple but cozy, quiet and peaceful accommodation in an old house directly on the Aare with breathtaking views of the surrounding mountains, you are welcome.

The property is centrally located, just an 8-minute walk from Interlaken Ost train station and a 5-minute walk from the Höhenmatte and the view of the Jungfrau. The house was built in 1911 and is a typical old listed Swiss house. The kitchen is large and equipped with everything. From every window there is a beautiful view into the garden. The mountains are also visible! There is no TV or living room!
