Summer 2025 in Senigallia ☀️🏖️ "Il mare in città" is a charming apartment in the heart of Senigallia, a stone's throw from the sea. It was my home for a long time and now I make it available to you, my traveling friends. Kitchen and living room in an open space environment, a double bedroom with walk-in closet, a bathroom with shower and full amenities. Air conditioning, Wi-Fi, dishwasher, TV in both the kitchen and bedroom. Access is via Self Check-in. Smoking is prohibited in the apartment.

The villa overlooks the sea, the sunrise can be seen from every room and the sun kisses the living room, the large palm and olive trees. Five minutes drive from the historic city center (pedestrian area/main square) of Pesaro and less than two minutes to get on the beach. The house is accessed through a private road so, no traffic.

In a family setting surrounded by greenery, in a very quiet and well-served area a stone's throw from the sea with a municipal swimming pool, tennis courts and ping pong, it is ideal for spending your holidays relaxing, without giving up healthy sports activities. It is a 5-minute walk to the sea, a 5-minute bike ride to the center and a 10-15 minute walk. Tourist tax: €1/day per guest to be paid in cash at check-out, up to a maximum of 7 days, children under 15 years are exempt.

Ethical house in Umbria

It is a 60 sqm annex suitable for couples who want to visit our region. We don't have a swimming pool but we have the truffle ground, the stream, the roe deer, porcupines, wild boars, our cats and the little dog Moti. In the garden, you will find herbs, fruit, and garden produce. Inside the cottage we rent, you will have our olive oil and helichrysum liqueur that we produce. We also produce saffron, but we sell it! Of course, pets are welcome!
