The house was built in the 2022 and it is located in small and peaceful settlement Potočnica at the most beautiful part of the island Pag. From the house there are some nice views toward the crystal clear sea. Neighborhood is very quiet and surrounded by greenery. House is decorated in minimalist style yet it's modern and equipped with everything you need for pleasant stay.

Villa Jelena is an indigenous coastal house, completely isolated on a property of 20,000 m2. It is one of the few villas that stretches to the sea. 150 meters from the property there is the beautiful bay of Dumbocca with crystal clear sea and white pebbles.The natural environment with 200 olive trees provides guests with a pleasant and intimate atmosphere. Until 01. 06. and from 01. 10 pool heating is charged 100 euros per week.

The newly built apartment is situated on the second floor of the family house in the quite city area. It's ideal for couples or small families. Apartment is composed from one bedroom, bathroom and kitchen with seating area. It has a big terrace with seating area and access to beautifull garden with pool and barbeque facilities. Parking place is provided in the lockable garage. The pool will be in use from 01.06. until 30.09.
