House holiday rentals in Sequatchie County

We rented Diana's place for a girls' trip (8 of us). The location was perfect, about 12 minutes away from downtown Chattanooga, and minutes away from grocery stores, coffee shops, and restaurants in St. Elmo. The house was thoughtfully decorated and designed- super spacious for a large group to spread out. We enjoyed the outdoor entertaining area with the clean pool, hot tub, and fire pit. Would absolutely recommend!

Our home away from home! Our third stay in Amy’s fantastic house! Everything is so well kept, has everything you need including an amazing, heated pool, and is in a fantastic, gorgeous location very close to town, restaurants, coffee shops, supermarkets. We look forward to coming back to our TN abode our next time in Chattanooga! Thank you, Amy!

The stay was great! The home presented well and the decor was amazing! Jenna set all expectations so we felt prepared and if we had any questions we received answers quickly. The only feedback we would provide is stocking the kitchen with more cookware options/quantity as we did a lot of cooking over the week we were there lol. Also, not that this was Jenna’s fault, but hopefully the HOA can do better controlling the “poop” in the yard.

We loved our stay! They thought of everything to make our stay comfortable. We enjoyed relaxing and reading by the pool and had everything we needed. The host were wonderful to communicate with and it was a quick and easy drive to Chattanooga.

Great stay for us with a 4 year old and 8 year old & 3 adults, we all had a great time, super clean and roomy place, amazing pool, peaceful area. Lots to do near by. Great hosts.☺️

The homes at Mountains Ledge are cozy, clean, and have great amenities. I stayed in Little Rock City with my girlfriend for her birthday and we loved it! The view is spectacular, the bed was huge, and the hot tub was just perfect. On top of that, I asked for help decorating the home with rose petals and balloons to surprise my girlfriend and they went above and beyond! They decorated the home with petals, balloons, a happy birthday sign, a birthday card, and even got a themed birthday cake! We couldn’t have asked for a better stay and accommodation. I would recommend Mountains Ledge to anyone looking to get away for a trip and is looking for a peaceful place with an amazing view!

Just a quick drive to Chattanooga, but far enough out to enjoy the peace and quiet of the countryside. The space was clean, comfy, and full of thoughtful touches. We came to Chattanooga to visit my sister and her family who live on Signal Mountain. The house was beautiful and worked well for us: 6 adults and 2 children. Chattanooga has so many things to do to keep families entertained and it was very easy to get from Signal Mountain to the various places we wanted to see.

I recently had the pleasure of staying at Donna's spectacular home in Dunlap, and it was perfect for our work trip. The house itself is beautiful and well-maintained, with a large kitchen that was wonderful for cooking meals. Each bedroom was incredibly comfortable and came with its own bathroom, providing a great level of privacy and convenience. Donna's attention to detail was evident from the moment we arrived, with extra little touches that made us feel truly welcome. It's clear that she goes above and beyond for her guests!
