Smoking friendly holiday rentals in Serifos

Kostas's place was amazing. It may not be the bigest place we stayed in on our travels around Greece but it was the best hads down. It had everything anyone would want, it was clean, comfortable and Kostas even had a few refreshments and snacks left out for us. Kostas was waiting for us at the apartment when we got off the boat so check in went as smoothly as it could. This is our second time to this island and if/when we return we will 100% see if this place is available first.

We loved our place in Cherronisos - it is a remote village with mainly greek people and extremely quiet and peaceful, less tourist crowds made it especially beautiful! the place has an incredible view and is clean with a decent sized balcony. We didn't have a car, but we wanted to stay at the local beach anyway - a bus comes a few times a day so we managed without a taxi, but recommend a car! :)

This is a perfect, spacious aparment in a small bay of Heronissos. Maria is a perfect host, she was offering us all the time coffee, biscuits, juice and ice cream. There was a bottle of water waiting for us in the fridge. The apartment is spacious with a terrace just above the small bay. The apartment is very clean, has modern equipment and it was cleaned and the towels and sheets changed after the 3rd day of our stay. The village is really small, with two fish taverns and there is a small shop opened till late. If you want to discover the rest of the island I would recommend to have a car as the position of the village is relatively far away from the rest.

We loved our stay on Serifos at this lovely house. There was loads of room for all of us (3 adults, 1 child and a baby). The location was great with easy access to the beach in the main harbour, the port was only about 5-10 min walk, lots of cafes and tavernas nearby. The house had all that was needed to prepare meals at home, even a small blender for the baby food. Vasilis was very friendly, always available to answer any questions over messaging and in person during our stay. I would definitely stay here again if I return to Serifos. The only minor difficulty we experienced was with parking. We rented a car for a few days and due to some nearby roadworks we could not always park near the house. This was finished by the end of our stay so should not be a problem.

Beautiful space with sea views perfect for a couple - walking distance from the port and lots of restaurants. Cleaned daily. Thanks for the local recommendations Maria!

Georgia was very helpful with lots of communication before check in and then offering an early check in and providing suggestions for the island. The apartment was spotless, comfortable and well equipped. The direct access to the sea from the apartment was great for an early morning snorkel and the patio was ideal for watching the world (and the ferries) go by.

Perfect place, literally in the beach! Location was amazing, so walkable to restaurants, bars and shops! The flat had everything we needed. Great for family or couples :)

Un acceuil irréprochable ! Les instructions étaient claires, le logement était très propre, confortable et très bien équipé. Il est bien placé, à proximité des commerces, plages et restaurants. La vue est sublime de la terrasse. Je recommande vivement !

Die Unterkunft ist wunderschön. Die Terasse ist atemberaubend mit Blick auf den Hafen und das Meer. Die Lage ist ruhig und man hat Privatsphäre. Trotzdem läuft man in nur 10 Minuten runter in den Hafenort Livadi mit Einkaufsmöglichkeiten und Restaurants. Das Häuschen ist wirklich etwas besonderes . Wir kommen wieder.

Margarita est une hôte très prévenante. Tout est prévu pour nous faire passer un excellent moment et la maison est fabuleuse ! Propre, très cosy et vraiment très bien située ! Margarita m'avait prévenue qu'à cette époque de l'année, de nombreuses tavernes seraient fermées mais on a eu la chance d'avoir la taverne du vassalia (la plus proche du logement) qui était ouverte et l'accueil était vraiment top ! Tous les conseils de visite du guide de Margarita sont également très précieux ! Nous avons passé un super séjour ! Merci beaucoup !

We had a wonderful stay. The place is so beautiful it is hard to go somewhere else on the island. We already miss the house and wished we had booked it for a longer stay. Thank you Maria and Yanis.

Η διαμονή μας ήταν εξαιρετική στο σπίτι της Χαράς. Όμορφο σπίτι, με ωραία θέα από τα μπαλκόνια του και εύκολη πρόσβαση στην θάλασσα και στο λιμάνι. Βρήκαμε και τα ντουλάπια της κουζίνας γεμάτα με διάφορα πράγματα (καφέ, ζαχαρη, μέλι κλπ), οπότε είχαμε τα βασικά για να ξεκινήσουμε ωραία την ημέρα μας, αφού φτάσαμε νωρίς το πρωί.

Our stay was excellent , the house was clean and tidy! We needed an extra linen and we received the service asked immediately. Our communication was also very good! It is the perfect space for a family of 5 or some friends! Just keep in mind that there is only one toilet and one shower.

Our stay at this apartment in Sifnos was absolutely perfect! From the moment we arrived, we were blown away by how spotless and beautifully maintained the space was. The panoramic sea views from the balcony were simply breathtaking — we spent every morning and evening soaking them in. The location couldn’t have been better; just a short, scenic walk to fantastic local restaurants, cafes, and shops. Despite being so close to everything, the apartment felt peaceful and private. Our host was incredibly kind, responsive, and thoughtful — they truly went above and beyond to make us feel welcome. Every detail was taken care of, from helpful local tips to making sure we had everything we needed. This apartment is a true gem on Sifnos, and we wouldn’t hesitate to return or recommend it to anyone looking for the perfect Greek island escape. A 10/10 experience in every way!

Nous avons passé un excellent séjour chez Eirini avec nos deux enfants de 7 ans et 3 ans et demi. Le logement est parfait : grand, propre, joliment décoré et très bien équipé. La cour extérieure est très agréable et la localisation à 50m de la plage est idéale.

Wow! Staying at vivi’s place was so idyllic. The flat has everything you need and even a little private patio. Vivi was so lovely and welcoming and gave us loads of tips and useful information like bus timetables. The location is a couple of minutes walk into steno (the Main Street in appollonia) and close to all the bus and hiking routes. Perfect, peaceful and amazingly good value. Plus we loved the gifts at the end :)

The Welcome Home Port View apartment is very centrally located right opposite the ferry terminal. Access is easy with lift to 3rd floor. Excellent view of the port and activities. Everything for an enjoyable stay, good kitchen, quiet main bedroom, lounge area spacious with additional room with twin beds to the side through sliding doors. Very good bathroom. The apartment is very well fitted out with new fittings and recently redecorated with a new feel. Iavankia was a very good host, friendly and responsive to any queries we had.

We loved our stay in Syros. Nikos wishes to be a perfect host and he was. He collected us from the ferry even though it was after midnight when we arrived and he was very accommodating with check out time. He gave recommendations and local information and he answered any questions quickly. The apartment was only a short walk away from the port, shops and restaurants. It was very clean and fully equipped with everything you could need. The beds were comfortable and we would recommend this place.

The room is at an excellent location, near the sea with a beautiful view on the sea. The house provides all the necessities, and we even got provided with a baby crib for our little one. The house was really clean and the host was always willing to support. After our arrival she gave us recommendations for what places we should visit during our stay and where we could have good food. Regarding the village, we liked it a lot. There are plenty of taverns and also a mini market in which someone can find almost everything. The beach was really kids friendly with clean water and also places for shadow. Locals were really friendly as well and during our short stay we met several of them, and our child was able to meet other children and play. Definely a place that we would highly recommend and visit again if we go to Syros.

This is a fantastic option while in Pollonia- there is a double act with Eugenia dealing with reservations and then Dimitri takes over your needs from checkin to car hire to restaurant and beach recommendations. He is very experienced and gave me a quick run through about the attractions of the whole island which was comprehensive but it took me a day or so to digest! He bought as delicious Greek pies for breakfast on our first morning which was so kind and put big bottles of water in fridge. So nice to be able to do a wash and dry same day. It is a 7 min walk to town and all the restaurants and cafes- plenty of space to park. The apartment is upstairs but Dimitri helped with bags and it is immaculate and very comfortable- no couch but there is a table and chairs. Very comfy bed. We loved our time on the balcony with a glass of wine or cup of coffee- the beach opposite are like giant ocean swimming pools/ safe and sooo refreshing. I highly recommend!

This is an amazing place and we had a wonderful week! The view is incredible and we spent most of our time just relaxing on the terrace! The beds are comfortable, the shower is excellent and the kitchen is very well equipped. Iannis was super helpful and gave us lots of good recommendations for the island. We would come back!

Had a great stay here while we visited Syros :) Although the Airbnb is small, it has everything you need and is fairly close to the port, restaurants, grocery stores etc. Kalliopi was very helpful and responsive with check in and welcome information upon arrival. The Airbnb also has a great view of Ano Syros (which is walking distance, lots of stairs included). Although we didn't use the bus system, there also appeared to be a few stops near the Airbnb. Overall enjoyed our stay!
