Beachfront holiday rentals in Sérignan

Pleasant accommodation by the sea, very nice welcome from Caroline. The house is well equipped, even with a baby there is everything you need. Location is ideal for the beach or even strolling to the center. Recommended!

I was there with my daughters. We had the beach and the restaurants within walking distance. Despite the high season, the place was very quiet. The stairs to the 3rd floor were no problem for us. Access to the upper floor is a bit of a challenge due to the narrow stairs for people who are not good on their feet.

We had a very nice stay with family of 4. The apartment is ideally located close to the beaches and local shops. It is very well equipped and the terrace is very pleasant. The communication and reception offered by Valras Loc are excellent. We recommend ++

The accommodation is faithful to the photos, clean, practical, with all the necessary amenities and tastefully decorated. Beds are made on arrival, towels are available, as well as cleaning and bathroom beds. The Valras Loc teams are very friendly, responsive, and give good advice. I'll go back there without a second thought

We had a very pleasant stay in this lovely apartment. The location is really top: quiet location and with a beautiful sea view. The apartment is completely as described – everything was present and the photos completely match the reality. The underground parking lot is a convenient extra. We stayed here with our child and that went perfect. There was a cot and high chair available, and the apartment is child-friendly: our child could not escape anywhere. In short, highly recommended. We will definitely come back here again!

2nd stay in this small apartment facing the sea! always spotless and the view is always beautiful! Philippe and Corinne's instructions are very clear for self check-in. Kitchen is well equipped, beds comfortable. Its strong point is its location: beachfront , restaurants and any nearby trade.

An express stay, but great. We were greeted with rare kindness and availability. The house is comfortable and perfectly located, really 5 minutes from the beach (ideal with a 4-year-old boy) and all amenities. Despite an unforeseen health issue that forced us to shorten our stay, Jason showed great understanding and was very accommodating for our departure. We'll be back without hesitating. Once again, thank you for everything.

The mobile home is comfortable and clean, the subdivision very quiet, it was perfect. Stéphanie is responsive and friendly, I recommend.

Perfect stay! Sinan is an exceptional host, very welcoming and available. His tips on restaurants and local things to do were valuable. We felt right at home. We were pleasantly surprised by the charm of this house. Everything was thought out for our comfort, from kitchen amenities to plush towels. A real cocoon. Located in a quiet area, the accommodation is perfect for relaxing after a day of sightseeing. The proximity to shops and restaurants is a real plus. i highly recommend it

When one imagines securing a well appointed, safe, comfortable, accommodating and ideally located place to truly relax or explore the delights of the southern Occitanie region from, Marc & Isabelle’s offering should definitely be on their mind. From very effective host communication, solid directions :) & a flexible approach all the way through to supporting us getting settled in, finding places we need as part of getting comfortable etc, we felt supremely well taken care of. The property itself is very well appointed & looks exactly as depicted in the app; it’s an excellent AirBnB for those who want to relax in comfort & privacy with a superb array of mod-cons. Everyone in our group was very impressed. Thoughtful and clever touches abound across the entire modern property & we would not hesitate to recommend this to anyone (family or a group of friends) - it’s a gem are likely going to return to! Bravo to our 5-Star host and hostess - thank you!

Clean and functional accommodation, pleasant residence to live with its shaded and well-maintained park and also games (pétanque, badmington,ping pong) for children available for free. Super nice pool area for small and large. Beach within walking distance. Nothing to complain about the stay. We'll be happy to go back.

Great stay at Bernard's, in a charming, clean and functional accommodation. A very comfortable bed, a private terrace and a swimming pool available (I bathed there despite the rather cool temperature, it was a very nice plus!). Communication was easy and Bernard lent us two bikes for our rides! The sea is a stone's throw away and the city (Agde, Cap d'Agde, Grau d'Agde) is easily accessible by bike or car. Lots of opportunities for sightseeing or walks. Beautiful sunshine too during this stay which turned out to be perfect!

wow, what an incredible place to stay, right in the heart of an amazing vineyard and olive groves. The loft was very spacious with a beautiful little courtyard that gets the sun all day long. it's a perfect base to explore the many gorgeous towns and beaches that Lucien shows you on checking in. We had the most relaxing stay and wouldn't hesitate to come back.

Sasu's place is very clean, beautiful, and practical with high quality fittings, appliances, and comfortable bed. The kitchen has everything one needs to prepare meals. The space is very well-organised and spacious without any clutter. The highlight for me was a beautiful work desk and the proximity to the beach - just 50 meters. I was able to swim twice a day in the sea, in the morning and evening, and work middle of the day from the apartment with a view of the sea. Fast WIFI was helpful. Also, there are so many restaurants nearby within 2 mins walk to 30 mins. Just below the flat is a pizzeria, carrefour supermarket within 2 mins walk, an epicerie below. Buses nearby to go to Béziers or Sérignan. One can go to the port for even more choice of restaurants and also, take the ferry for EUR1.20 a person to go to La plage naturelle des Orpellières which is a beautiful wild beach perfect for swimming and enjoying nature. It truly felt like home, I enjoyed every minute in this apartment.

We felt very comfortable. The reception was very kind. The beach right in front of the apartment is very nice and not crowded. The apartment corresponds to the pictures and is tastefully decorated. The view is great.

Very nice apartment, large and bright, nice balcony to admire the sea despite the house in full renovation works just in front. And above all, everything is within walking distance, the beach of course, and shops (including supermarkets) and restaurants. Fabienne is very responsive, answers all questions, and accommodating for checkins/checkout (autonomous). We enjoyed ourselves!

We had a very good time at Stephane's place. Communication with Adelaine was very fast and uncomplicated. The house is very well equipped and in a prime location.

A quiet and relaxing stay in a well-equipped, spotlessly clean and thoughtfully renovated townhouse. In a superb location, literally opposite the beach; a hit with our four-year-old granddaughter with its wooden pirate ship and slide. Cleaning of the streets and beach was a high priority. Approx 200m to ice cream parlours, bars, a few restaurants, a Casino shop and a pâtisserie. Carrefour Hypermarché Sérignan had everything we needed. Street parking was free in May and busy by the beach at weekends but we found spaces nearby. Many thanks to François and family. We have no hesitation in recommending Villa Espadon and hope to make a return visit soon!

The accommodation offers a fantastic view of the sea and you can reach the beach in 20 seconds. We were there with our 7-month-old daughter and there were a lot of helpful things for babies (high chair, baby bed, toys...). Kitchen equipment is also good and we were very happy with the good beds. Communication with Sandrine and Marc was flawless and very friendly. The panoramic view is fantastic but also has a flaw: in the morning until about 2 pm the sun shines very strongly and heats the apartment very quickly. Fortunately, however, there are well-functioning air conditioning systems in every room. The way to shops/bakeries is doable on foot 30min (easy) but not very close.

No words for this amazing home! Everything was perfect - all the way to the way the space was used and not one spec of dust. Quintessential French everything. The neighbors are all friendly and welcoming. The night is peaceful and there is activity down by the beach, which is just a short walk. I did not want to leave. There is no way you could be disappointed with staying here. Also, communicative hosts who were so helpful.
