Beachfront holiday rentals in Sérignan

Tolles Haus! Zum Strand La Roquille sind es nur ein paar Meter durch die Dünen. Wir waren Mitte Juni mit fünf Personen da und hatten den Strand unter der Woche fast für uns alleine. Das Haus ist geschmackvoll eingerichtet und sehr sauber. Wohnzimmer und die Schlafzimmer sind mit Klimaanlage ausgestattet. Die Schlafzimmer sind klein - wir haben sie aber ohnehin nur zum Schlafen genutzt. Ansonsten spielt sich das Leben am Strand oder der Terrasse ab. Marquise spendet jederzeit Schatten für die Sitzecke auf der Terrasse. Auf der Plancha macht kochen im Freien Freude. Kontakt und Empfang sehr unkompliziert. Caroline hat auch zwischendurch immer mal nachgefragt, ob alles okay sei. Kommen gerne wieder.

Ich war mit meinen Töchtern vor Ort. wir hatten den Strand und die Restaurants in geringer Entfernung. Trotz Hochsaison war die Unterkunft sehr ruhig. Die Treppen in den 3.Stock waren kein Problem für uns. der Zugang in die obere Etage ist durch die schmale Treppe für Menschen die nicht gut zu Fuß sind eine kleine Herausforderung.

Nous avons passé un très bon séjour en famille de 4 personnes. L'appartement est idéalement situé à deux pas des plages et des commerces de proximité. Il est très bien équipe et la terrasse est trés agréable. La communication et l'accueil proposés par Valras Loc sont excellents. Nous recommandons ++

Le logement est fidèle aux photos, propre, pratique, avec tous les équipements nécessaires et décoré avec goût. Les lits sont faits à l’arrivée, les serviettes à disposition, ainsi que des lits nettoyage et de salle de bain. Les équipes de Valras loc sont très sympathiques, réactives, de bon conseil. J’y retournerai les yeux fermés

We hebben een zeer aangenaam verblijf gehad in dit mooie appartement. De locatie is echt top: rustig gelegen en met een prachtig uitzicht op zee. Het appartement is volledig zoals beschreven – alles was aanwezig en de foto’s komen helemaal overeen met de realiteit. De ondergrondse parkeerplaats is een handige extra. We verbleven hier met ons kindje en dat ging perfect. Er was een babybedje en een kinderstoel aanwezig, en het appartement is kindvriendelijk ingericht: ons kindje kon nergens zomaar naartoe ontsnappen. Kortom, een echte aanrader. Wij komen hier zeker nog eens terug!

2 ème séjour dans ce petit appartement face à la mer ! toujours impeccable et la vue toujours aussi belle! Les instructions de Philippe et Corinne sont très claires pour une arrivée en toute autonomie. La cuisine est bien équipé, les lits confortables. Son point fort est sa localisation : front de mer , restaurants et tout commerce à proximité.

Un séjour express, mais super. Nous avons été accueillis avec une gentillesse et une disponibilité rares. La maison est confortable et parfaitement située, vraiment à 5 minutes de la plage (idéal avec un petit gars de 4 ans) et de toutes commodités. Malgré un imprévu de santé qui nous a contraints à écourter notre séjour, Jason a fait preuve d’une super compréhension et s’est montré très arrangeant pour notre départ. Nous reviendrons sans hésiter. Merci encore pour tout.

le mobil-home est confortable et propre, le lotissement très calme, c'était parfait. Stéphanie est réactive et sympathique, je recommande.

Séjour parfait! sinan est un hôte exceptionnel, très accueillant et disponible. Ses conseils sur les restaurants et les activités locales ont été précieux. Nous nous sommes sentis comme à la maison. Nous avons été agréablement surpris par le charme de cette maison. Tout était pensé pour notre confort, des équipements de cuisine aux serviettes moelleuses. Un vrai cocon. Situé dans un quartier calme, le logement est parfait pour se détendre après une journée de visites. La proximité des commerces et des restaurants est un vrai plus. je recommande vivement

When one imagines securing a well appointed, safe, comfortable, accommodating and ideally located place to truly relax or explore the delights of the southern Occitanie region from, Marc & Isabelle’s offering should definitely be on their mind. From very effective host communication, solid directions :) & a flexible approach all the way through to supporting us getting settled in, finding places we need as part of getting comfortable etc, we felt supremely well taken care of. The property itself is very well appointed & looks exactly as depicted in the app; it’s an excellent AirBnB for those who want to relax in comfort & privacy with a superb array of mod-cons. Everyone in our group was very impressed. Thoughtful and clever touches abound across the entire modern property & we would not hesitate to recommend this to anyone (family or a group of friends) - it’s a gem are likely going to return to! Bravo to our 5-Star host and hostess - thank you!

Logement propre et fonctionnel, résidence agréable a vivre avec son parc ombragé et bien entretenu et aussi les jeux (pétanque, badmington,ping pong) pour les enfants mis a disposition gratuitement. Coin piscine super agréable pour petit et grand. Plage accessible a pied. Rien a redire sur le séjour. Nous y reviendrons avec plaisir.

Un excellent séjour chez Bernard, dans un logement charmant, propre et fonctionnel. Un lit très confortable, une terrasse privée et une piscine à disposition (je m'y suis baignée malgré la température plutôt fraîche, c'était un plus très appréciable !). La communication a été aisée et Bernard nous a prêté deux vélos pour nos balades ! La mer est à deux pas et la ville (Agde, Cap d'Agde, Grau d'Agde) facilement accessible à vélo ou en auto. Beaucoup de possibilités de visites ou de promenades. Un beau soleil aussi durant ce séjour qui s'est donc avéré parfait !

wow, what an incredible place to stay, right in the heart of an amazing vineyard and olive groves. The loft was very spacious with a beautiful little courtyard that gets the sun all day long. it's a perfect base to explore the many gorgeous towns and beaches that Lucien shows you on checking in. We had the most relaxing stay and wouldn't hesitate to come back.

Sasu's place is very clean, beautiful, and practical with high quality fittings, appliances, and comfortable bed. The kitchen has everything one needs to prepare meals. The space is very well-organised and spacious without any clutter. The highlight for me was a beautiful work desk and the proximity to the beach - just 50 meters. I was able to swim twice a day in the sea, in the morning and evening, and work middle of the day from the apartment with a view of the sea. Fast WIFI was helpful. Also, there are so many restaurants nearby within 2 mins walk to 30 mins. Just below the flat is a pizzeria, carrefour supermarket within 2 mins walk, an epicerie below. Buses nearby to go to Béziers or Sérignan. One can go to the port for even more choice of restaurants and also, take the ferry for EUR1.20 a person to go to La plage naturelle des Orpellières which is a beautiful wild beach perfect for swimming and enjoying nature. It truly felt like home, I enjoyed every minute in this apartment.

Wir haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt. Der Empfang war sehr freundlich. Der Strand direkt vor der Wohnung ist sehr schön und nicht überlaufen. Die Wohnung entspricht den Bildern und ist geschmackvoll eingerichtet. Die Aussicht ist toll.

Appartement très agréable, grand et lumineux, balcon sympa pour admirer la mer malgré la maison en plein travaux de rénovation juste devant. Et surtout tout accessible à pied, la plage évidement, et les commerces (dont supérettes) et restaurants. Fabienne est très réactive, répond à toutes les questions, et arrangeante pour les checkins/checkout (autonomes). On s'est régalés !

Wir hatten eine sehr gute Zeit in der Unterkunft von Stephane. Die Kommunikation mit Adelaine war sehr schnell und unkompliziert. Das Haus ist sehr gut ausgestattet und in bester Lage.

Sejour agréable proche de la mer , boulangerie ... Impasse au calme Stationner dans la cour tres bien Hôte tres sympathique et reactive. Tres bon Sejour je recommande .

A quiet and relaxing stay in a well-equipped, spotlessly clean and thoughtfully renovated townhouse. In a superb location, literally opposite the beach; a hit with our four-year-old granddaughter with its wooden pirate ship and slide. Cleaning of the streets and beach was a high priority. Approx 200m to ice cream parlours, bars, a few restaurants, a Casino shop and a pâtisserie. Carrefour Hypermarché Sérignan had everything we needed. Street parking was free in May and busy by the beach at weekends but we found spaces nearby. Many thanks to François and family. We have no hesitation in recommending Villa Espadon and hope to make a return visit soon!

Die Unterkunft bietet einen traumhaften Blick aufs Meer und man ist in 20 Sekunden am Strand. Wir waren mit unserer 7 Monate alten Tochter dort und es gab sehr viele hilfreiche Sachen für Babys (Hochstuhl, Babybett, Spielzeug..). Auch Küchenausstattung ist gut und wir haben uns sehr über die guten Betten gefreut. Die Kommunikation mit Sandrine und Marc war einwandfrei und sehr freundlich. Der Panoramablick ist traumhaft hat aber auch einen Makel: Morgens bis ca 14 Uhr strahlt die Sonne sehr stark rein und erhitzt die Wohnung sehr schnell. Zum Glück sind aber in jedem Zimmer gut funktionierende Klimaanlagen. Der Weg zu Einkaufsläden/Bäcker ist zu Fuß machbar 30min (einfach) aber nicht sehr nah.

Die Wohnung war sauber und sehr schön :) es ist ausreichend Platz für mehrere Personen. Die Bettwäsche und Handtücher (bekommt man auf Anfrage) waren sauber und ausreichend vorhanden. Die Kommunikation mit Nathalie war sehr freundlich :) und sehr schnell. Sie hat immer schnell und alle Fragen ausführlich und lieb beantwortet. Die Lage ist zentral und dennoch schön ruhig. Man erreicht sehr gut den Marktplatz mit den Restaurants und am Strand ist man auch in ca. 10 Minuten. 5 Sterne und sehr zu empfehlen. Wir kommen gerne wieder :) Vielen Dank!
