Breathtaking view of the canal des Tanneurs, also called "the Little Venice" of the Jura. TGV train station at 700 meters. Large free parking 300 meters. Supermarkets, bakeries, cinema, etc., close and accessible on foot.

La Gouille, 20 min walk to old Dole, quiet

La Gouille is located 1.6 km from Epenottes shopping center and 1.5 km from downtown and old Dole. It's the countryside in the city. Very quiet! You have at your disposal a 19 m² studio. One bedroom, one TV, one toilet, one shower room, one kitchenette, one fridge, tea, coffee, bowls, plates, cutlery, glass, plancha, one table as well as two chairs and their cushions, brazier, barbecue, wood. Your entire space is heated/air-conditioned independently of the rest of the house.

Downtown studio.

In the heart of historic downtown Dole. 2nd floor (no elevator), quiet, close to shops, restaurants and the train station (10-minute walk). Free parking nearby the space. Sleeps 2 people. Consists of a shower room with toilet, an equipped kitchen (microwave, coffee maker, kettle, toaster, air fryer, washing machine, induction stove). TV, internet access via fiber optics. The sleeping area: a double bed (140 × 190 cm). Bed linen and towels provided. Self check-in.

Ideally located between Dole/Vesoul, Gray/Besançon and Dijon, this quiet studio overlooking wooded grounds in a small typical village of Haute-Saone will bring you rest and tranquility. It consists of a large living room including kitchen, dining area and a large bed. A second adjoining room leads to the bathroom. you can enjoy the outside with its picnic table, 2-seater deckchair, ... 2 additional beds are available depending on the reservation.

Country House

Cozy little house, very cool in summer, in the peaceful locality of Vigearde, in the heart of the rolling plains of the Jura. 45 minutes from Dijon, 40 minutes from Besançon, 25 minutes from Dole and Arc and Senan and 20 minutes from Pesmes. 5 minutes from the motorway exit "Gendrey" on the A36 (Besançon/Dijon axis). The house does not have a garden, only a small courtyard that the owners occasionally pass through to access their home.
