Our home, features an original fireplace, flagstone floors, and local furnishings. Enjoy the courtyard garden and pool (a quiet relaxing space, our neighbours appreciate their tranquility too). The neighbourhood is quiet but attractions like the Pont d'Avignon, restaurants, and bars are all less than 10 minutes on foot. A parking space is within a 3-minute walk. You will not use the car in town but is will be great to explore Provence by day and return to your tranquil haven each evening.

It is composed of an equipped kitchen open to the living room, a bedroom with a bed 160x200 cm, a bathroom with shower (towels and shower sheets provided), a separate toilet and a large terrace. All the windows of the apartment overlook the wooded park of the residence. A 12 x 6 m swimming pool, a garage (w.240 x h.190 x p.500 cm) and a bike room will be at your disposal.

Stone villa with pool, only 5mn drive to town

Authentic Provencal villa in stone with modern confort. Ideal location, it is only 5mn drive to Avignon center or 25mn by foot. The area is very calm. There is a 20 meter square terace, a big living space, 3 bedrooms, garden and swiming pool. We open the pool May 1st, and close it November 1st. The pool is to share with us, only one other villa and we do not invade your space : )

Dependency of a 17th century Provençal farmhouse, olive oil production farm. Le Pigeonnier is a single-storey dwelling independent of the farmhouse with a bathroom equipped with an Italian shower, a bedroom with a double bed, a kitchen-dining room, a beautiful vaulted room, an old hunting lounge and a veranda.
