Great accommodation! The house is very beautiful and very cozy! The house cleaning is exceptional, everything is clean and organized! Márcia is super friendly and always responded very quickly when I had questions! I recommend the accommodation without a doubt!

I already knew the city and the accommodation in this house was the first time, everything as shown in the photos, cozy house and everything is close by without having to get around by car, Rodrigo was very flexible with me from the beginning, he met all the requests and I recommend everyone to try it.

Great location and very spacious apartment

Excellent stay, highly recommended! The apartment is next to the main square of Serra Negra, we could do absolutely everything on foot and, although the building does not have a garage, there are many options for street parking (depending on the time of arrival) and there is no Blue Zone service. The apartment is exactly as in the photos, it has an elevator, ample space, we felt at home, with everything extremely clean. Cintia was very flexible with the checkout, letting us leave a little later and always very quick to respond.

We were very pleased with our stay, impeccable apartment, all new, clean and well equipped... great location, close to the mall... 10 min walk. Michelle, the host was super attentive, responding to messages quickly. Great hosting option.

Great apartment, very well located for those who want to walk to the city center. The apartment is very well furnished, clean, with clean and smelling bed and bath linens, capable of making anyone feel at home. It has a wonderful view on all the balconies and also has a garage for the car. Nidelci was very attentive all the time, and Tuca was extremely polite, attentive and helpful, explained everything you needed and always at your disposal for any questions. I highly recommend to those who wish to be very well accommodated and close to the city center, we will definitely return.

The stay was incredible! The place is right in the center, we were able to do everything on foot, the place is very cozy, we were able to rest and get to know the city center well. I loved everything! The place is identical to the photos, check-in was super simple, as was check-out. People are very helpful and friendly. I really like the apartment. Clean, tidy, organized and a great location, you can do everything on foot in the center. The best part is being able to stay in a place that offers good infrastructure: a good shower, working appliances, clean bed and bath linens, and TVs that work well. I always travel and use AirBnb, usually the biggest problems are with infrastructure, so I value accommodations that offer good conditions like Thaysa's apartment, which had everything in order (and working). In addition, the apartment is decorated and comfortable, Thaysa is kind and Cleuza is super responsive at check-in. I'd definitely stay back in town.

Our stay was fantastic! The condominium is very close to the main street and, as it has a private garage, we were able to do everything on foot. Close to bars, restaurants and the city's main square. The apartment is impeccable! Very well equipped, we didn't miss anything else. Cozy, with very new and fragrant towels and bedding, it felt like we were in our own home. A great place to rest after a long day in the city. Maricy is very attentive and welcomed us with great affection, always very concerned with the smallest details. I hope to return soon!

We were staying on the Easter holiday. The apartment is clean and organized!! The shower is excellent, the kitchen is equipped and the bed and sofas are comfortable. The apartment is located close to good restaurants, and close to the city center, by car we spend less than 10 minutes by car. There are plenty of cool shops and restaurants in the center. It was pleasant days!!! We definitely indicated the hosting.

We were in Bruna's apartment from 06/13 to 06/15 and we were very well received by Mr. Artur, Bruna's father, gave us all the tips about the place. Bruna is always very attentive and always responds very quickly to all messages that are sent. As for the apartment, it is simple but very clean and well arranged and complete with bed and bath linens, and it is in a calm and quiet place. I recommend hosting. Very good cost benefit.

Even though it is located in the center, the place is quiet, you can't hear the noise from the street. For those who want to go shopping and stroll around the city, you can leave your car parked and do everything on foot. We left the car on the street and had no problem. Although there are some parking lots nearby. We loved the stay!!!
