Welcome to L'Instant Bohème: a 110 m2 suite dedicated to couples in the heart of downtown Clermont-Fd! On the first level, the suite includes a relaxation area with Balneotherapy, a volcano bed, a stage, a fully equipped kitchen and a shower area with a rain showerhead. A second level dedicated to pleasures with swing, St. Andrew's cross, tantric sofa... It consists of a fully equipped kitchen: dishwasher, fridge, induction hob, oven, microwave, Senseo, filter coffee maker, kettle, toaster and all necessary utensils. The kitchen is open to a bright living room with TV. The owners put their large garden at your disposal to relax in the heart of nature. We also have a 2nd accommodation on the ground floor.

Our home is designed for a family with children, comfortable for a couple. - We offer a living room: Table for meals, Mini bar, Coffee maker, kettle. - No kitchen. - Internet - Toilet and shower. - 2 Beds (1600 x 2000) - Folding sofa (1100 x 1900) - Only dogs are allowed: We ask for an extra €15 per stay and per dog not exceeding 40 cm at the withers, beyond this size the extra is €30. We limit the number of these companions to two.

You will be staying at the "Clos des Murets", a former independent bread oven completely renovated in 2020, part of a 2500 m2 property. It includes a main room serving as a living room equipped with a sofa bed (140 cm bed) and a second bedroom (160 cm bed), a travertine bathroom equipped with a walk-in shower and a toilet. A spiral staircase will take you to the large bedroom with exposed stone. Breakfasts can be taken on the terrace.

Come and spend a warm moment in this beautiful little house and relax in its sauna. Here, we heat with wood in the house as in the sauna. (wood is provided) the accommodation is for 2 people (possibility of adding an extra bed for 1 person) sheets, towels and towels for the sauna are included.
