An oasis of peace surrounded by greenery where you can experience the quiet of the mountains. The house was renovated in 2024. Parking is adjacent to the property and the outdoor spaces are spacious and usable. Located in a strategic position to tackle cycling routes and with direct access to the ski slopes of the Festiona Cross-Country Ski Center. Suitable for those who need to work remotely thanks to a fast internet connection. Pets are allowed and smoking is not allowed.

The nest

Once called Arbec, our small stone shepherd's hut served as a kitchen and dining room. It was there that the milk was transformed into cheese and bush, where the family gathered for the evening vigil with the neighbors ,and where social life was tied up.Tools,seeds, harvests ,were also stored in the arbec. The stones of this small building are full of history and the thickness of its walls offers a sense of protection, peace, conducive to rest.

Once you arrive, take full advantage of this haven of peace: South-facing, views of the village and the mountains, terrace with outdoor dining area, 5000 m2 of land, wood stove - this old barn from 1770 has been renovated with all comforts.
