There is an end apartment on the 1st floor and contains entrance hall, 3 bedrooms, bathroom/laundry room, living room and kitchen with exit to the terrace. 3 bedrooms with a double bed allows for up to 6 people. Parking by the apartment. Tenant must bring linen and towels. Duvets and pillows are available. The tenant must clean up after themselves.

New modern year-round cottage with all amenities located scenic right on Murtejønn. Sunny and undisturbed patio. Ski slopes at the cabin door, which are connected to the trail network in summer and winter at Bortelid. Nice hiking trails and great opportunities for mountain biking. Ski resort at Bortelid. Smart TV, fiber and fast wireless internet - a perfect place for home office. Installed water, sewage and electricity. The cabin is located on its own on the lower level, towards the water. Great holiday spot 12 months a year!

Included: Bed linen, towels, electricity, wood for firing and cleaning. Newly renovated plinth apartment in a farm house. We live in one of the houses and also rent out a cabin and the upstairs apartment on AIRBNB. ("Rofshus2" and "Lita cabin in sunny farmhouse") Patio with table, chairs and barbecue. Great view of Totak and the mountains. 5 min to drive to the city centre with shops and driven cross country trails. 10 min to the ski centers. Great WIFI. Great summer hiking opportunities. Charger for electric car 5 min away.

10 min from R9. 20 min from Vennesla. 30 min from Kristiansand and 45 min from Kristiansand Zoo. If GPS leads you onto a gravel road about 7 km from the cabin, you must find an alternative route. The road has a barrier at both ends. 100 m from bike route 3. Very fast internet. Outdoor living room with fireplace can be borrowed on request. Swimming area in the river 50 m from the cabin. Many hiking trails. Rowboat can be borrowed from about April to about November. Lots of small fish in the river. No fishing license required.

Homely little house in Vrådal

Experience charming Lysli, a cozy house perfectly located along highway 38 in beautiful Vrådal. Here you have hiking trails and ski slopes literally right outside the door and a short way to the area's many attractions. 1 km to Vrådal city center with grocery, cafe, gallery and rental of rowboat, kayak and canoe. 3 km to Vrådal Panorama ski center and 5 km to Vrådal golf course. The house is also perfectly located between east and west for you passing through, but we recommend staying a few days to enjoy the area.

Newer cabin with a great view and nice hiking opportunities

Eel cabin listed in 2017 in Øygarden hut field. There is a small hut field with good distance between the huts and you have great hiking opportunities just outside the door. Cabin has 3 bedrooms. There is room for 7, but is best suited for couples or families with children. There is a personal touch on the cabin as it is often used by us as well, so there will be basic items in the kitchen cabinet and there may be items in the refrigerator with durability. Use whatever you need during your stay.

Et godt utgangspunkt for å oppleve Sørlandet med kun ca. 45 min. kjøretur til Kristiansand, Mandal og Evje. Dette er stedet å mellomlande, men også stedet å feriere! Under 1 times kjøring til Dyreparken. 15 minutter til Mandalselva kjent for sitt laksefiske. Mange andre flotte reisemål i nærområdet. The cottage is about 125 sqm and has good standards. 3 bedrooms with family bunks and single beds. 2 bathrooms, one of which has a sauna. Living room with TV. Large living-kitchen area with wood-burning stove and panoramic view to Brokke Alpine Centre. Sacred patio with bench, table and fireplace. Towels and bed linen must be brought and it is expected that the cabin will be left tidy and cleaned. Key box code is available prior to arrival.
