Was für ein wundervoller Aufenthalt bei Laura! Sie ist eine unglaublich herzliche und freundliche ältere Dame, die uns sofort das Gefühl gab, zu Hause zu sein. Das Schlafzimmer in ihrer Wohnung war gemütlich, und obwohl das Badezimmer geteilt wurde, war es immer makellos sauber. Die Aussicht von ihrem auf einem Hügel gelegenen Haus ist einfach atemberaubend – wir konnten uns kaum sattsehen! Ein absolutes Highlight war das Frühstück auf der Terrasse. Laura verwöhnte uns jeden Morgen mit köstlichen, hausgemachten Marmeladen und frischem Kaffee. So startet man perfekt in den Tag! Auch der Parkplatz direkt vor der Unterkunft war super praktisch. Wir können Lauras Unterkunft uneingeschränkt empfehlen und würden jederzeit gerne wiederkommen!

This was a lovely apartment, much more spacious than the photos depict! The host was very friendly and good with communications. The apartment is situated close to the old town and near the train station. It has everything you could possibly need and it is also very quiet. I really enjoyed my time here and would certainly recommend it if you were thinking of having a break in Modena, with easy side trips to Parma, Bologna etc etc. Thank you Lucia & Beatrice!

Marcella has been a great host for the two nights we spent at her beautiful place. It was super easy to find and is located conveniently near the city entrance. The breakfast was incredible as well and we really enjoyed our stay.

I had an incredible time staying here, spending time with Enrico and his friends and family. It was beautiful to share different ingredients while cooking, to eat together, play games and have conversations with a lot of great people. It didn't feel forced and just went natural. It was great to explore the local area by bike and there is always some very useful advice to help you. The building is stunning with so much love and detail put into it, you will discover something new every single day. For me it was a unique, authentic and heart-warming experience and I will come back! Thank you!

Die Unterkunft hat uns sehr gut gefallen, die neue Küche war sehr gut ausgestattet und lud dank der großen Arbeitsfläche und der vielfältigen Kochutensilien zum Kochen ein. Das Bad war zwar sehr schmal aber alles neu gemacht und hatte eine ebenerdige großzügig Dusche. Das Bett war sehr bequem und die Klimaanlage machte die heißen Tage sehr angenehm. Die Lage der Wohnung war ideal um die umgebenden Orte mit dem Auto zu erkunden. In unmittelbarer Nähe der Wohnung gab es zahlreiche sehr gute Restaurants. Der einzige Wermutstropfen waren die Nachbarn, die nicht nur am Tag sondern auch nachts sehr laut waren. Die Türen wurden ständig zu geknallt, sie haben sich angeschrien und die Musik war sehr laut. Der Parkplatz reicht auch für große Autos. Der Geruch, den andere Gäste wahrgenommen haben, haben wir auch gemerkt, wenn auch nur leicht und sehr begrenzt auf das Wohnzimmer. Ansonsten haben wir uns aber sehr wohl gefühlt.

Wir hatten eine wunderschöne Zeit in der ruhigen Unterkunft mit Garten. Das kleine Frühstück ist prima! Christina und ihre Tochter waren sehr freundlich und hilfsbereit! Von Bologna und Modena aus ist man schnell mit Zug und Bus vor Ort. Wir empfehlen einen außergewöhnlichen Aufenthalt dort und bedanken uns sehr 🙂

VILLA BELVEDERE W SWIMMING POOL room2 (3KM MO SUD)

We had the most amazing time at Benedetta’s place. It really is a little paradise in the Italian countryside. The swimming pool is lovely, there is a lovely outside area where we ate dinner every night and the house was comfortable (if a little warm). I would advise people that there are lots of mosquitoes, obviously this is the case everywhere in Italy and has nothing to do with the property but make sure you bring lots of spray. I would also say regarding the reviews talking about lack of privacy- for the most part we had no issues with this. There was another family staying in the other property but they were friendly and didn’t bother us. There was one night where another guest arrived and was a little bit intrusive- we weren’t clear whether he was staying or whether he was just a friend who had come to use the pool- but Benedetta messaged us and apologised for this. It is a beautiful space and we were so relaxed and happy to be there. I would definitely recommend this to anyone!
