Apartment in one of the best areas in Seville, Nervion; shopping malls and a few meters from the tram stop that will take you to the historic center in 10 minutes, through emblematic places for their beauty; Metro station, buses, and supermarkets. 20 minutes from the train station and 30 minutes from the historic center on foot. next to Sevilla F.C.'s soccer stadium. It's a very quiet pedestrian street. It's on the first floor and there's no elevator. It is surrounded by orange trees smelling of Azahar.
