Full bathroom with shower. Kitchen to the lounge for a serving hatch. Modern style with luxurious qualities. The apartment is in the center of Seville, the best area of the city. Nearby you'll find numerous historical monuments (cathedral, bullring, convents etc.) and shopping full of shops to suit all tastes. Nearby are upscale restaurants, wineries, theaters, etc.. Next to the house is 24 hours taxi rank, bus stop and metrocentro also nearby. A 10 minutes walk to Station Square where you catch buses and trains to other provinces, including the AVE. The housing environment is wonderful, being integrated in the real Seville with all the amenities of the city at your fingertips.

Los apartamentos están en primera linea de playa, a la salida del apartamento dispone de un porche con mesas y sillas, a continuación tiene el jardín con una puerta que da directamente al paseo marítimo, no necesita vehículo para disfrutar de la playa. Es una zona muy tranquila, familiar para disfrutar y relajar. No permitimos ningún tipo de fiesta en los apartamentos ya que la zona de jardín es compartida con otras familias. totalmente equipados excepto sabanas y toallas. No aceptamos mascotas

Con unas vistas muy bonitas de la sierra de Alcaparaín y del pueblo de Ardales. Con una chimenea tipo casset para calentar la estancia. Dispone de piscina junto al porche. Todo el recinto está cercado por una alambrada en total 1000 m2, para uso y disfrute exclusivo de los clientes que la alquilan. La casa dista del pueblo a 1.400 m.
