Holiday rentals with a washing machine and dryer in Seville

This location in Seville is perfect, it’s 3-5 min walk to the nearest tapas bars and within 10 mins walk each way you’re at all big touristic places. The appartement itself suits all it needs. We stayed 5 days and enjoyed every second. Recommend!

Host Antonio is really kind. He came in ☺️ person to explain everything about the accommodation and provided all the necessary information such as restaurants and nearby attractions. 👍🏻 I was able to stay until the flight time because the checkout time was adjusted until late. 🥹 The airport bus stop is also about 12 minutes on foot, and if you change buses, it's about one stop! Old Town Spanish Square, Metropol, too, is a walking distance if it wasn't for the hot summer:) Even in the summer, the accommodation is full of air conditioning, so I rested at the accommodation in the hot afternoon. 😂 There were also a lot of restaurants nearby, so it was so nice! I highly recommend it to Korean people. 🫶🏻🫶🏻 I highly recommend this accommodation! Antonio personally came to explain everything and was incredibly kind. There's a market and a bus stop nearby, and the old town is all within walking distance. ☺️ This place offers the best location and cleanliness combined. 👍🏻 I'll definitely visit again!

I have traveled around Southern Spain in the past week and stayed in several Airbnb properties, by far this is the best. It is centrally located in Seville, and literally I could walk to Seville Cathedral in 30 seconds. I enjoyed peaceful morning before tourists arrived, and late night after everyone left. There are tons of restaurants shops near the property. The apartment is renovated and well maintained. Lots of rooms for a family. No doubt, I feel lucky staying there. The host communicated with me extremely well. Thank you!

We have stayed in Triana a number of times but this has been our best stay to date. We are delighted to have found Miguel’s apartment. The apartment is very spacious with all the necessities for a great holiday but the huge terrace and hot tub are fantastic after a long day sightseeing in the city. We loved staying here and will do so again on our next visit to Seville.

Everything was perfect. The apartment was exactly as in the photos and description. Very clean and equipped with everything needed. Very quiet area, about 20-25 minutes from the center and about 10 minutes from the station. Guillermo is very attentive. 100% recommended.

This was a great place to stay- walkable to all the major attractions, but also quiet. The snacks provided were a thoughtful touch and perfect after a long day of exploring!

I will sum it up this way: If I was settling in Sevilla I would try to buy this apartment. We stayed three weeks and it had everything we needed for a long stay: the kitchen was very well equipped, the furniture was comfortable, the A/C was up to battling the heat, the internet was fast, the bedrooms were quiet, the water pressure was great, the bus stop is a 30 second walk away, the Feria food market is a five minute walk away and there are dozens of restaurants and bars along the Alameda de Hercules (special mention to Lola por Dios because the staff and the food were amazing). Accessibility: The apartment is on the 1st floor (American 2nd) but there is a decent elevator that is big enough for a baby stroller or a wheelchair. There is a small step to the front door. The hallway bathroom has a shower with a wide opening. Elitsa was an amazing host and she responded immediately to the very minor issues that we had.

Maria and her family were fantastic hosts. They helped us throughout our trip with helpful advice, our requests and fantastic recommendations. Maria made our trip a truly wonderful experience going above and beyond to help out. We cannot wait to return to Seville with all its charm and beauty. We will be recommending Maria’s appartment and would advise anyone to book it. We found it quiet, a short walk to the heart of the city in a lovely safe neighbourhood. The terrace was a wonderful asset to sit for breakfast and after we returned at night We felt it had everything we required, it was spotlessly clean and the bed was comfortable. Even had a hairdryer, washing machine and iron to use. We are planning our return already 👍

the house is in a quite area but quit easy you can get in sevillia to visit 20 min by car. The house is modern with various common space both outside and inside. there is a master bedroom, a bedroom with a sofa and an open space upstairs with an extended sofa bed if needed. The outdoor sitting areas are wonderful so you can enjoy sun or shadow as you like. Great accommodation!

This place was the perfect location and right in the heart of Seville. I recommend it for anyone who has a big group and would like to be close walking distance to many major attractions. There is AC in four of the bedrooms, the bottom floor bedroom is off of the garage with no AC and can be a bit noisy at night but the other rooms are away from the hustle and bustle. Lots of stairs between each level so I wouldn’t recommend for anyone with mobility issues or very young children. The rooftop area was lovely for spending time together in the evenings. Overall, great place with lovely decor and really added to our wonderful experience in Sevilla!

Daniel’s place was perfect! We were right in the center of old Seville. The location was exemplary. The local cuisine was marvelous. Daniel’s apartment is gorgeous. All the rooms were perfectly clean, and the colors of each room really gave us a sense of being distinct but traditional. All the amenities were as described and were in excellent condition. Daniel even made sure we had cold water in the fridge on arrival, a complimentary wine bottle that we enjoyed. Lastly, the view from the 2 leveled roof was straight out of a movie I wish I could give this listing 10 stars! I would definitely come back! Thank you for everything!

The property was amazing, especially for kids. Fantastic amenities, incredible bedrooms. Only thing is if you want privacy from any kids while in the bathroom you have to go to the one by the pool ; ). Would absolutely stay here again in Sevilla!

Loved the location. The house was charming and we felt very secure (double gates and double locks) even though the neighborhood seemed safe. They had air conditioning in each room which was nice on those hot days in Sevilla. Loved the kitchen layout and the overall charm of the house. Our group of 10 felt at home and had lots of areas to congregate. Definitely would recommend.

Very good stay at Anabel's. Charming house, well located and quiet. Seville is easy to access with the bus map provided by Anabel. Nothing is missing in the house. There are multiple small touches to ensure a good stay. Communication went very well. There were 7 of us (2 couples and 3 single people) and we enjoyed having our own room and the 3 bathrooms. I would highly recommend this rental.

Best location ever! Garage parking is a big plus when you are traveling by car, because there is no place to park your car in Seville. Great restaurants right outside your door, and Starbucks is just 1 min walking distance from the apartment. A lot of nice local coffee shops to get the great pastry! Absolutely loved the interior design and apartment furniture, super comfortable beds, and enough storage in the closets. Highly recommend!

Had a fantastic break, central to everything, lots of bars restaurants nearby. Pool was a bonus when we wanted to just relax, will definitely be back😁

Marilo's apartment is very nice, clean and cozy, you feel very good there. The bonus is the jacuzzi, very appreciable after a day of sightseeing in Seville, which is located only about ten kilometers away (about 25 minutes by car). Marilo is a caring host, very attentive and available. We had a great stay, thank you Marilo!

Every time, she was very kind and quick to respond, and I was impressed that Alicia-sensei greeted me in person to receive the key.　The neighborhood was safe, everything was within walking distance, and the flamenco school was conveniently close.　There are many delicious cafes and restaurants in the square, and I went out every day for a walk.　I would definitely like to use it when I go to Sevilla again!　Thank you very much.

Very nice and comfortable apartment. Although we didn’t get to meet Antonio during our stay, he arranged for someone to meet us and welcome us to his apartment. Communication was great!

Having experienced many types of accommodation, this was the best. Extremely clean. Thick, good sized towels. Excellent washing machine and even a dryer, if needed. Excellent air conditioning. Very well equipped, how often do you find yourself needing to go and buy washing up liquid, laundry tablets, toilet rolls etc on the first day of your holiday? Not here! Bus from airport is 45 minutes to a stop only 7 minute walk to the apartment Location is great to walk into the centre, along the river, to Triana and Macarena areas. Lots of good places to eat. Excellent comms with the host. Would recommend and want to stay there again.
