Holiday rentals with a fireplace in Sévrier

Thank you Anne-Valerie for your warm welcome. My friends and I had an extraordinary weekend. The setting, the pool, the tranquility... everything was there. A real moment suspended, a parenthesis of happiness for all of us. It is with reluctance that we have handed over the keys to you 😉 I would recommend this place to stay without a second thought!

Family of 6 aged from 6 years to 72 years old and we all had such a great time at this beautiful house. Lots of room for all of us. The amenities were fab and kept all of us entertained, the games room is such an added bonus and so happy that the owners choose to share that and not lock it off - think we all become frustrated F1 drivers by the end of our stay! Bedrooms were really comfortable and everything was spotlessly clean. Very quiet and peaceful, lovely walk to the lake and we enjoyed the bikes to cycle along the cycle route. We wished we could’ve stayed longer but due to another booking we could only stay for 3 nights, would not hesitate to recommend or return.

The chalet was great in every way!!! Very spacious, incredible view from the living room and bedrooms and quiet and relaxing environment. The bathroom in each room is really a plus, especially when you come with children. Upon arrival, we found a very clean and tidy accommodation as well as quality bedding. Great stay. 👍

What an unforgettable stay! The view of Lake Annecy with the mountains in the background is absolutely stunning. You can watch paragliders landing and boats gently cruising on the lake. The lake is just a 2-minute walk from the property, and the surroundings are peaceful and incredibly scenic. The house is spacious and thoughtfully laid out, offering both comfort and functionality. You can enjoy your morning coffee on the patio while soaking in the stunning views of Lake Annecy. The windows and doors are soundproof, so you can enjoy peaceful, undisturbed nights without any noise from passing vehicles. Ample parking is available, and the hosts were warm and welcoming. There was nothing to complain about, only wonderful things to say. Restaurants and supermarkets are close by. I stayed for 3 nights, but it felt too short. The place is so beautiful that even 10 days would not have been enough. Words can’t do justice to the view. I am in awe and will definitely be back.

We came in and felt right at home! The nice decor, the beautiful courtyard and the great pool enchanted us. The equipment is absolutely sufficient and all important devices are available. The grill is particularly cool, and you can even use it on rainy days under the covered area of the yard. You can feel completely comfortable and relax in the beautiful accommodation. In the area, you can pursue many different activities and enjoy the great nature. Evening walks can also be started directly from the house. An absolutely successful holiday! The owner was really kind, and the house was really comfortable and nice like my own home. The interior was cute and the amenities were well-equipped, so it was convenient to live in and the location was very good.

The perfect place to stay in Annecy. Smack dab in the middle of the old town and 10 minutes walk from the train station. The apartment is beautiful and very quiet. This one is worth a trip just to stay here.

Charming French country home. A distance from Old Annecy, but still walkable (20 minutes). Thoughtful amenities, including plenty of bikes for a family! Very warm host (welcome apple pie) and helpful with suggestions about local restaurants and cafés. All in all, a rather amazing stay!

we had a very good stay in Claire and Adrien's accommodation, tastefully decorated accommodation, excellent bedding, the spa bath really a plus after busy days of sightseeing. The only small negative point, if we can say that it is one, is that we would have preferred a dishwasher instead of a washing machine. but it is with great pleasure that we will recommend this accommodation.

we had a nice stay at Cathy's place, very clean with all the essentials to have a nice stay. very good communication with Cathy. just a small downside for the bedding that could be more comfortable.

Benjamin's place was all we were looking for during kids' winter break: spacious enough for 2 families, great location and comfortable with all needed amenities. Location could not have been better: only 5 min drive to ski lifts & Megeve center, only 20 min walking distance to Megeve center with near-by shops for daily groceries. Benjamin was also very responsive and proactive, enabling us to have a very smooth check-in. We would definitely recommend and would like to come back again!

Very nice accommodation located on the heights of Belley. The view is beautiful and the accommodation is very spacious, clean and has all the necessary amenities for the stay Special mention to the elevated swimming pool that allows you to admire the view!

We had a great time with the family at Jean-Christophe's. We had very good communication, very good exchanges. The space was perfect. The environment is very calm and very relaxing. very nice location. Saint jorioz is a very pretty place, well located. Possibilities of beautiful lakefront walks. the house is pleasant and comfortable. the view is splendid and relaxing. we highly recommend it. Marie Cécile is nice.
