Unique design apartment in a historic farmhouse

One out of our five delicately renovated apartments located on the second floor of a charming, characterful farmhouse. It is one of the oldest buildings of a cosy little village in the Valle d’Isarco in Northern Italy. We find ourselves right in the center of sun-blessed South Tyrol, on a hilltop at the entrance of the Gardena and Funes valleys. Close to the dolomites mountains but not far away from the popular towns of Bolzano and Bressanone it is an ideal starting point to explore the region.

10 min from Lago di Braies

The apartment is located 2 km from the village center of Monguelfo, within a recently renovated old farmhouse. In the winter, it is a great location for cross-country and downhill skiing enthusiasts. 5 minutes from the Val di Casies loop and the Nordic Arena in Dobbiaco. 15 minutes from the ski lifts of Plan de Corones and Sesto Tre Cime di Lavaredo. In 10 minutes you will reach Lago di Braies and Dobbiaco, in 15 minutes San Candido and Valdaora, and in 20 minutes Brunico.

Haus Oberpauler Morning hour

The apartments were to be cozy when we decided to renovate our house, which was built in 1848 as a farm, in 2016. Since the 1950s, the house has served as accommodation for vacation guests. By partially using the old wood, we believe we have succeeded in creating the cozy atmosphere. From the balcony, the view goes to the west, over Sesto towards San Candido and its local mountain Baranci. In summer, the sunset completes the day.

Attic apartment almost entirely covered in antique wood and furnished in a traditional way, with a living area with a large sofa bed and smart TV, dining table, kitchen equipped with all the main appliances including oven and dishwasher. The apartment's strengths are the spacious east-facing balcony overlooking Santa Maddalena, to enjoy the morning sun in front of a beautiful breakfast, and the brand new private pine wood sauna.

The studio apartment "Alpengruss Air" in Prato alla Drava is the ideal accommodation for a relaxing holiday with a view of the Alps. The 29 m² property consists of a living/sleeping area with a king-size bed and a sofa bed for 1 person, a well-equipped kitchen with dishwasher, and 1 bathroom and can therefore accommodate 3 people. Additional amenities include high-speed Wi-Fi (suitable for video calls) as well as satellite TV.

The Bachlaufen Haus, 1310 meters above sea level, next to a stream, is a holiday home formed by six apartments located a short walk from the center of the country and about 800 meters from the Monte Elmo cable car (2433 m), from where multiple ski slopes depart. Apartment 2 is very spacious and comfortable, consisting of a double bedroom, living room with double sofa bed, kitchenette, balcony and bathroom.

A WARM WELCOME AT THE farm Binterhof in South Tyrol. Far away from everyday stress, in an idyllic location near the forest , lies our Binterhof. It is located at 1250 m in the mountains and the center of the village Colle is 1 km away. Here, where chickens cluck loudly mooing cows and children can enjoy the outdoors can be the true holiday relaxation.

On the top floor of a prominent 1950s building, with a magnificent view of the Ampezzo Dolomites and the Olympic ski slopes, we offer a design studio enriched with historic furnishings showcased at the 11th Milan Triennale in 1951. The bathroom and kitchenette are fully equipped.
