La Vecchia Casa di Similde is located in a historic building in Val di Fassa, a short walk from the main ski lifts and trails. The main amenities are within walking distance. The apartment has excellent exposure that makes it bright all year round with enchanting views of the Dolomites. The large size allows you to comfortably accommodate 6 people. Cellar available. The apartments were to be cozy when we decided to renovate our house, which was built in 1848 as a farm, in 2016. Since the 1950s, the house has served as accommodation for vacation guests. By partially using the old wood, we believe we have succeeded in creating the cozy atmosphere. From the balcony, the view goes to the west, over Sesto towards San Candido and its local mountain Baranci. In summer, the sunset completes the day.
