Monthly Rentals in Sferracavallo, Palermo

My experience was exceptional! The host was extremely responsive and helpful both before arrival and during the stay, making sure everything was perfect right away and that we didn't miss anything. The apartment is equipped with every comfort, clean and cozy to make us feel immediately at home. I'll definitely stay with them again!

This apartment is in a beautiful villa with an amazing view of the mountains and sea. The tiled terrace is spectacular. We could easily walk into town in 5 minutes. Susi was very accommodating as our arrival was effected by a national rail strike.

The Stay was perfect, everything looked like the pictures. Clean apartment, felt safe, 3min walkway to the Beach and to local shops or restaurants. Only thing are the Church-Bells next to you but for us it was no big deal. All in all we had everything we needed, was a nice stay.

Giuseppe is a great host. He was very proactive in his communication & his instructions were excellent. This is a historic apartment with 2 bedrooms in one space with a living area and shower room. Double doors lead into an enchanting garden with outdoor seating and a hammock. This was an ideal place to eat & relax out of the midday sun. There is a separate kitchen & 2nd shower room which also open into the garden. It’s a 20min train journey from the airport & about 40min train journey to centre of Palermo. Trains very frequent & cheap. Great option if you want close to the sea & seafood restaurant but also want a day trip to Palermo. Lots of local shops nearby - butcher, fish shop, grocery, pharmacy & walking distance to marina & seafood restaurants. Great place to unwind & start our holiday.
