I loved this little stay, it was very peaceful and lovely. Matthew was an excellent host and the snacks and breakfast options were a lovely addition to the amenities. Matthew is a really thoughtful and lovely host, I'd love to stay here again on my next visit to Providence/Pawtucket :)

We loved this apartment. It was well appointed with top of the line furnishings and appliances. But what stood out was the charecter and charm of an older home that was well preserved. It was amazing experience. The kids loved the little loft upstairs. We could watch the sunset from our room every day. The little park is right infront of the apparent with the tower which made it feel more spacious. They also had stuff for coffee and a light breakfast which was a nice touch. We would highly recommend

The rental unit was very clean and it was greatly equipped with kitchen and bathroom needs.

The stay was very welcoming, and I really appreciated the thoughtful snacks provided. Overall, it was a pleasant experience. However, it did get a bit warm at times due to the lack of a ceiling fan, and the bathroom fan didn’t seem strong enough to clear out the steam—there was noticeable condensation on the walls. Still, a cozy place with nice touches!

Our stay at Eddie’s home was nothing short of fantastic. An amazing home with beautiful furnishings and rooms, in a brilliant location just a short subway ride away from Boston city centre/downtown Boston. If I can take my family here again I am a lucky man!

This is a lovely, cozy, private attached apartment on a quiet street. We'll definitely try to stay here again on our return trips.

Hosts were so kind and flexible, and met us at the car to make sure we got in okay despite a late night arrival. Beds were very comfortable and the kitchen had everything we needed for the night.

My family and I traveled from Florida for my nephew’s graduation. Davidson’s place was perfect for our family of six. It was very modern and very spacious! The beds were very comfortable. I booked the lakehouse for 4 nights to celebrate our daughter’s birthday. It was the perfect and relaxing celebration which was what we needed. The lakehouse was so beautiful, so quiet, peaceful, cozy and so relaxing. We just felt right at home. The instant we walked in and saw the view of the lake from the kitchen and living room we felt so relaxed right away. The home had everything you needed and was great place to unwind and relax. It was so clean, pristine and had all the necessities you needed. The home was decorated nicely showing their travels which we loved. The beds were so cozy, nice and comfortable, it felt like it hugged you. They had an office room that had a bed which was perfect for me to work from. We loved the lakehouse so much that we were sad to leave. But we will definitely be back. Haley was great, no wonder she is a superhost. She was so accommodating, responsive and so friendly. Thank you Haley for a great stay. We can’t wait to come back again.

We had a fantastic stay at Sue’s place! She was incredibly responsive and attentive, clearly committed to making sure we had the best experience possible. The home itself is perfect—clean, comfortable, and thoughtfully set up—and the location couldn’t be better. Honestly, there’s nothing we’d change. We had a great time and would absolutely return. I don’t even know where to start. It is clear Andrea is passionate about hospitality! The place was incredibly clean, had every amenity you’d need, and she was very responsive and kind. We almost had to cancel because our beloved family dog is very old and was sick. She talked me through how to reach out to Airbnb and was incredibly empathetic. I will 100% stay with Andrea again!

Gia is a fantastic host! She is so sweet, and was very accomodating. She was quick to respond, and very informative. Her place was perfect, and cozy. The pictures are exactly how it looks inside. It is very well kept, clean, and in a quiet neighborhood. She supplies everything that you will need! It was a super convenient location to get to Downtown Boston and also not a long drive to Gillette Stadium. We loved the place and would stay there again if we return back to Boston!

We loved Andy’s place! Comfortable beds, hot strong shower, very roomy. Two balconies! Shops, restaurants, diners, grocery stores, discount stores, all in easy walking distance. There are quite a lot of steps to get up to the apartment, but they’re well-lit and there are hand rails everywhere. My sister lives less than a mile away from Andy’s house and doesn’t always have room for all of us. We’ll definitely be back!

My wife and I absolutely love this apartment with city view rooftop. It is located in a quiet neighborhood with walking distance to restaurants. It has artistic decorations. Kitchen is clean and well stocked. The classic record player and record collection are fabulous. Listening to 70s, 80s music with morning sunshine from skylight and coffee beautiful. And we had a breakfast on the roof top, you can’t beat the view. And Chandra provided all the institutions and local tips before we arrive. We enjoyed everything in the apartment.

Our stay was wonderful, our hosts were communicative, and I would be more than happy to return. The unit was immaculately cleaned upon our arrival. The living room and kitchen are incredibly spacious - more so than I would have thought from the pictures. The outdoor spaces provide nice fresh air, and everything else is as advertised. But, sometimes, it's the little things that make an AirBnB. I took time each day to recover with a nice sauna. They have the things that hosts normally don't provide but everyone needs - aluminum foil, saran wrap, ziploc baggies, extra blankets, extra towels, and more. The shower that I used was great. Good water pressure. Good HVAC and water temp. Great natural light. Keyless entry, meaning no "who gets the keys" juggling. No ridiculous checkout expectations. So many "good AirBnB" boxes checked. :) The location is great to either explore East Boston (which has its own charm I wasn't aware of) or to get downtown. Thanks again for a wonderful stay!

This is a ground level apartment in an historic home just off Benefit Street, a prime location on Providence’s College Hill. Because of the sloped terrain, it might seem like a basement apartment from one side, but it has a garden entrance at the front door. If you can handle the steep streets in this hilly area, it’s a perfect location if you want to be within walking distance of Brown University, the Rhode Island School of Design, and Downtown Providence. I did not rent a car while staying here and never felt I needed one. Tall travelers should be aware that this dwelling has low ceilings by modern standards. That didn’t bother me in the slightest; in fact, it made the apartment feel more cozy. Nevertheless, visitors over six feet tall should be aware of this aspect and make an informed decision. The apartment has a warm, comforting esthetic with all sorts of art on the walls and books on the shelf, and both made a great background for video conferences using the robust wifi signal.

Shila's home was a magical, cozy, and beautiful place. If you're looking for a vacation, I highly recommend booking this house. There are good restaurants nearby and lots of stores to visit around town. The neighborhood and house were very clean and quiet. The window in the kitchen also offers gorgeous views during breakfast.

Perfect rental for a couple on a Boston visit. Pretty quiet neighborhood with no disturbances while we were there for our 4 night stay. Plenty of room and a very well stocked kitchen. Communication was clear, polite and prompt. Parking garage ($25 a day) was close and easy to find. Inexpensive ($8-$12) Lyft rides to many Boston attractions. Would definitely stay at Jennifer’s unit again, if we return to Boston.
