What can I say that hasn’t already been said in previous reviews. Marian was a fabulous host and also Michelle, who oversees the running of Old Chapel House. We arrived to find the table in the kitchen all set out for dinner. Great fun was had in the evening playing croquet in the fabulous garden and then games around the kitchen table. Fresh flowers in each of the rooms was a lovely touch. Knowing one of my sons was home for our family wedding at Waxham Barn, Marian had arranged an Australian pineapple cake for us to enjoy, together with locally sourced marmalade and apple juice. It was also helpful to find plenty of items such as tea, coffee, condiments etc. My one request to my family was for a slice of sourdough bread, delivered on the Saturday morning, be left for me after having my hair and makeup done. Sadly, it had all been demolished! The house clearly was a previously well loved family home. We had a fantastic stay and will most definitely be returning.

A perfect place to stay in Cromer. The house was very clean, modern and had everything we needed. We would definately recommend this place.

Lovely cottage in the heart of Holt it felt really homely with the beautifully curated flowers in the kitchen, dinning room and living room. Gorgeous Victoria sponge and bubbles on arrival. If you choose to park in Albert Street and by a weekly ticket you can park in any North Norfolk car park which is handy for seaside trips. Great week and would definitely visit again. This was a lovely and comfortable home for the 3 of us. Best part was the incredible outdoor garden and terrace. We enjoyed the games and books provided too. It was quiet and peaceful. Hannah was very friendly and responsive. Overall a great stay. One word of caution - the road passes very close by the front door, so it’s best to be very careful when exiting (especially for those who normally look left for traffic).

Another fabulous stay at La Capanna. We walked on the nearby beach every day which was a big part of our holiday. We left feeling relaxed and rested. Will definitely be back again.

We booked Oak Barn to celebrate our Ruby Wedding Anniversary with all the family. We were blessed with a long weekend of beautiful weather. In fact it was so nice that we ate nearly all our meals al fresco in the garden which was fully enclosed meaning that our two dogs could wander in and out of the house. Rosie thoughtfully messaged us when we arrived to give us pointers on how to keep the house cool. The Barn is spacious and spotlessly clean with quality bed linen, towels and toiletries provided. The kitchen is well equipped and spacious. The layout in the house is perfect for extended or multigenerational families. It’s situated in a quiet country lane but within a few minutes you can be in Wroxham and the coast within half an hour. There was an excellent house manual with lots of suggestions for things to do but the weather was so warm that we tended to stay fairly local. All in all this was one of the best properties we have stayed in.

We loved our stay. The property was quiet and cosy and it was wonderful to have views over the fields. The private garden area was a great bonus too and was a beautiful space to sit with our dog on between trips out. Jane had organised some lovely touches that added to stay and we had everything we needed. It was also a perfect base to explore the area. We hope to go back one day!

4 night stay, lodge is beautiful and just like the photos. Spotless and had everything you could think of needing supplied. Dean was very friendly, very helpful and responsive. Very comfortable felt very much like a luxury lodge with a fabulous large hot tub. I would fully recommend a stay and look forward to returning. Thank you Dean for a fabulous stay . 🙂

Loved our stay at No 476. Wonderful location tucked away in a quiet spot. The van/lodge had everything you'd need for a comfortable stay.

We loved our stay! It felt modern and homely. Everything we needed was there to use. Loved the way storage had been handled in comparison to other chalets we have stayed at. The shower was lovely and hot and the whole place was spotless and the air fresheners made the place smell beautiful Lucy was easy to contact and very accommodating. Thank you so much.

We booked a few nights away, very well kept and clean chalet. Hosts were very attentive to any messages or questions we had. Made our weekend very enjoyable and we will be booking again

We went for a family weekend to connect and just had the most amazing time. Toastie warm comfy beds. Don’t forget to book the pool and top tip… remember to take a towel for the pool!

Having Autistic children makes holidays very difficult for us, but this was the best holiday we’ve had! The pool was by far the best bit, we spent hours in it everyday. It was warm and very clean. The cottage was cozy and had everything you needed. Great location, so much to do within a short drive and lovely beaches. We’ll definitely be back again. Thank you Andy and Fi xx

This is a gorgeous cottage set in the middle of countryside (but easy to get out & about in the car). The kitchen is huge and with everything you need, with several options for outdoor dining to make the most of the lovely garden. Beds are comfy with decent sized rooms, but the standout attraction is of course the pool…heated so that we (with two young kids) could enjoy it for several hours each day of our stay without anyone getting bored or chilly. Lorna & Dean v friendly & helpful hosts. Highly recommend; only caveat - while we had a great weekend here with our toddler in tow, we were outdoors for most of the time; the cottage is decorated beautifully and has flagstone flooring throughout the downstairs which are not always compatible / relaxing with an energetic 2 year old.

We have had a lovely week at David’s cottage. It has everything you could need and more. We loved the kitchen and the garden. The locations great we have really enjoyed the week thanks for having us ⭐️

Very friendly and helpful host. We stayed in the accessible cottage and it is very well laid out for a wheelchair user. We will be returning very soon.

Brilliant apartment on a quiet street only a few moments walk from the hustle and bustle of the town centre and sea front. Immaculately clean and beautifully modern, had everything we needed as a family of 4 with young children.

There is nothing at all to fault here and everything to praise, from the location (superb views, lovely coastal walks or a quick amble into town), light airy and spacious accommodation (and so private - despite there being other flats in the building we never heard anyone) to the friendliness and helpfulness of Sarah and her family. A genuine treat!

If I could give Martin's place more than 5 stars, I would!!! We are a family of 4, 3 year old and a 20 month old toddler and this was perfect. The house was clean, fun, smelt amazing through and Martin left us some beer and wine as he knew the journey we were having!! We were 5 min drive from Cromer which was brilliant. Despite the property being near a road, it was peaceful with plenty of parking space The air con was a win win and Martin was incredibly responsive always. Thank you for an amazing stay Martin...1000000% we will be back !! Thank you

Had a wonderful 5 days at this lovely fisherman’s cottage. Only 100 yards from the beach. Lynn was very helpful with plenty of advice on the area and restaurants. We had one problem and Lynn got it sorted right away. The stairs are steep, but understandable in such an old property. Have your own private entrance to the pub out the back gate. It can be noisy at times. But we didn’t find it a problem. Public transport (train and bus)are a short walk away. We used the bus for a trip to see the seals and train to visit friends in Gunton. Will definitely be back!!

Great location, and very peaceful with fabulous view. Walkable to Weybourne where there's a good pub/restaurant and access to the beach. The bungalow was spotless, comfortable and easily big enough for 3 people. Highly recommended.

This place is perfectly located for a quick get away to the seaside for the weekend. We loved the burrow and all it had to offer our family of two adults, two small children and a small dog. The description was spot on. Second bedroom perfectly formed but more suitable for little people. Which was fine for us. We really enjoyed our stay and would hope to book again in the future.

The Cabin was a charming and comfortable stay for a couple of nights. The place was functional, pretty and spotless - it is exactly as it looks in the photo. Communication with the hosts was great. The location is perfect as it is so close to the high street and the centre of town. The references for eating out were really helpful also. 4 stars for cost as we felt it should have cost less as a studio; however, the location more than made up for it during our stay.
