In this private unit you will find all the amenities of a 5-star hotel stocked with a fully appointed kitchen. You will have a private entrance, lounge chairs out front to take advantage of a classic sunny day in LA, and an endless array of gorgeous plants and flowers to perfume the air. The inside comes complete with central A/C&heat, a large rotatable flat screen TV with premium cable & Netflix, lightning fast WiFi, large closet space, and a skinny kitchen island for dining. If you need anything, however, I can respond quickly with solutions. Your concerns are my concerns and I welcome any and all feedback – my goal is to provide an optimal customer experience. This quiet, secluded area is the ideal location for any visit, whether in town for business or pleasure. It is just a short drive from iconic LA neighborhoods including Beverly Hills, Santa Monica, Hollywood, Burbank, Universal City, and Downtown. This cozy and quaint neighborhood is endlessly charming, and requires a mutual sense of respect among its inhabitants. Please do not play loud music into the night, especially after 10PM. While no smoking is allowed inside the unit, feel free to do so on the patio with use of the provided ashtray. The studio space is available for a minimum of 2 days and a maximum of 4 weeks. Every stay will be subject to a mandatory, one-time cleaning fee of $50.

We live 2 stair flights below. Walk to restaurants, shops, SO Galleria. Beautiful views out every window. Quiet, safe, lovely neighborhood. Water is filtered and drinkable from the tap. You controls heat and air conditioning. Loft above living room, accessible for yoga or meditation.

The main bed is a queen, the second is a twin day bed, accommodating 2 adults & 1 child/teen or 1 adult and 2 child/teen, or 2 adults and 2 child/teen, but only two beds. Pack/Play travel crib available upon request. 1pm - 6pm check in. Meticulously cleaned and filled with amenities! Great location. Walking distance to eateries, bank, drug store, grocery. Universal is 7.5 miles away. Host is onsite.

We had a wonderful stay at Stacy and Brian’s guesthouse! The space is beautifully decorated with so many thoughtful touches that made it feel cozy, stylish, and welcoming. The bed and bedding were hands down the most comfortable we’ve ever experienced- we slept like babies! Stacy and Brian were the perfect hosts: friendly, respectful of our privacy, and incredibly generous. They even left us a bottle of wine along with some snacks and drinks to enjoy—such a kind and unexpected surprise that made us feel truly cared for. The guesthouse is stocked with everything a traveler could need—they really thought of it all. We’ll absolutely be recommending this place to friends and family!

Artist's Studio close to Universal

This place is a gem! The photos definitely do not do it justice. The studio was so beautifully and thoughtfully decorated (and absolutely spotless, might I add). There were so many little things that really added to the charm of the place, like the fresh flowers on the dining table and the beautiful box with an emergency sewing kit. The garden and outdoor area was quiet and peaceful. Marguerite and Christopher were so kind and responsive. I booked this studio a bit last minute and they were still able to accomodate an early check-in. Overall, they were amazing hosts! This is definitely a place you could stay at for a while. This is an especially good spot if you’re also looking to spend some time at your airbnb, not just spending the day out exploring (it’s good place to stay even if you’re doing that though). I would book this place again in a heartbeat!
