The inside comes complete with central A/C&heat, a large rotatable flat screen TV with premium cable & Netflix, lightning fast WiFi, large closet space, and a skinny kitchen island for dining. This quiet, secluded area is the ideal location for any visit, whether in town for business or pleasure. It is just a short drive from iconic LA neighborhoods including Beverly Hills, Santa Monica, Hollywood, Burbank, Universal City, and Downtown. This cozy and quaint neighborhood is endlessly charming, and requires a mutual sense of respect among its inhabitants. Please do not play loud music into the night, especially after 10PM. While no smoking is allowed inside the unit, feel free to do so on the patio with use of the provided ashtray. The studio space is available for a minimum of 2 days and a maximum of 4 weeks. Every stay will be subject to a mandatory, one-time cleaning fee of $50.

The property is completely private. Shopping, restaurants, grocery and more ½ mile away on world famous Ventura Blvd. Getty and Universal are a short drive, and Disneyland under 45 miles. Close to westside of Los Angeles, and less than one mile from some of the best hiking trails in the city.
