It is just a short drive from iconic LA neighborhoods including Beverly Hills, Santa Monica, Hollywood, Burbank, Universal City, and Downtown. This cozy and quaint neighborhood is endlessly charming, and requires a mutual sense of respect among its inhabitants. Please do not play loud music into the night, especially after 10PM. While no smoking is allowed inside the unit, feel free to do so on the patio with use of the provided ashtray. The studio space is available for a minimum of 2 days and a maximum of 4 weeks. Every stay will be subject to a mandatory, one-time cleaning fee of $50.

Serenity Now Guest House

Simple, elegant studio, detached from the main house, in the rear of the garden, with kitchenette and private bath with a large shower. There is also a private patio exclusively for guests to enjoy! We’re centrally located near both the 101 and 405 freeways, Trader Joe's, a large park with a pool, tennis courts, and lots of wide open space. The Westfield Mall is a short walk, as are a handful of fantastic restaurants! Come and enjoy all that Los Angeles has to offer in this lovely guest house!

Please take a moment to read all of our listing information. We cannot accommodate 3 adults. The main bed is a queen, the second is a twin day bed, accommodating 2 adults & 1 child/teen or 1 adult and 2 child/teen, or 2 adults and 2 child/teen, but only two beds. Crib available upon request. 1pm - 6pm check in. Meticulously cleaned and filled with amenities! Great location. Walking distance to eateries, bank, drug store, grocery.
