Monthly Rentals in Shimal

This is a big beautiful place with plenty of room for several activities to happen at the same time. The internet worked great and was always reliable. Even without our own car we found it convenient to grocery stores and an ATM. Farhad is very friendly and helpful but not intrusive. This is our second time here and we will likely come back again!

The villa is located in a quiet place, 5 min walk to the sea, 10 min to the water park. The pool is great, big and clean. The host is a very nice, friendly, hospitable person helped us with all questions, treated us with local delicacies. We enjoyed our stay at this villa.

Thank you dear rashad for your American house. It feels like home everything is there like each and everything from bathroom to kitchen everything is just perfect. Lots of games card for playing, barbecue. We really had a great time, its one of the heartfelt goodbye to place after 3 days. We went to Shahdag to ski. We got to the slope from the house quite quickly by car. I really liked the house! The house has the necessary amenities for a comfortable stay. The host of the house is very hospitable and responsive! Recommended! 5+++
