"Agape" means "my home" in the local dialect. Please relax as if you were at home. The entire unit is reserved for one group to ensure privacy. There is a main house (Japanese-style room) next door, separated by an outer wall, where one more group can stay. If there are 4 or more people, we recommend booking both the Western-style room and the Japanese-style room. Prices vary depending on the number of people. Please be sure to let us know the exact number of guests staying in the unit. Supermarket (A-COOP Kinan Kumano Kodo Chikatsuyu), bus stop (Kodo Aruki-no-Sato Chikatsuyu), restaurant (Shoji Teahouse), and drive-in (Kodo Aruki-no-Sato Chikatsuyu) are within a 30-second walk, about 500 m to a gas station, and about 5-6 minutes on foot from Kumano Kodo and Kirei Oji. The owner is a local Kumano Kodo guide, so he is familiar with walking tours, local attractions, and information, so please let me know if you need anything. We will do our best to accommodate you, such as pick-up and drop-off when you need it. Basically, it is a room only, but we can also arrange meals. Would you like to stay at a Sushi house in a fisherman’s town? *Next door, there is my sushi restaurant, which serves delicious Japanese cuisine. *Free WiFi. *You can relax. Because it is limited to one pair per day. *We are renting out 4 easy-to-use bicycles for free for you to enjoy strolling in the area. *We prepared various guidebooks about the local area for you to enjoy. *3-minute walk from sushi house, There is the biggest shopping mall in Shingu. It is convenient to buy food etc.

1 minute walk from Shingu Station. 2 minutes from the bus stop. It is a Japanese-style house with a small Japanese courtyard. You can try on valuable samurai armor, helmets, and bridal gowns (kimono)for free. The house is reserved for a group of 3 or more people per day. Please relax as if you were at home. We usually accept up to 8 people, but we can accommodate up to 10 people on request. There is a convenience store in front of the house, which is very convenient.

Nostalgic Beach House A private guesthouse in Nigishima, Kumano City, facing the calm Nigishima Bay. To reach it, climb about 50 steps (5 min) for a rewarding view. *Note: not suitable for those with limited mobility. There is no TV or clock—disconnect and relax. *Extra fee applies for 2+ guests. For safety, a motion-sensor camera is at the entrance; it only takes still photos when someone passes, never continuous video, ensuring privacy.

"Genki House", a house near Kumano Hongu-Taisha

It’s a house 8km from the Hongu Taisha. (about 15 minutes' drive) If you have a car it's more convenient, but if not I'll be happy to drive you to and from a bus stop or a tourism spot in Hongu area. My family run an organic farm, bakery, NPO offering long-stay for the youth, and an alternative school for children nearby. You'll have some loaves of bread from our bakery(^^)/ （If you don't eat bread please let me know beforehand)

Kumano house

between kamikura shrain and hayatama shrain at the walk 10min. It takes 15min by walking from house to JR Shingu Station. There isn't anyone in the house. You can relax very much. Other things to note. This place has an official permission from local government and satisfied fire safety as a short term rental accommodation. Please note that we have legal obligation in Japan to request copy of passports.
