Holiday rentals with a washing machine and dryer in Shively

A nice little studio in a good location! An easy walk to restaurants and an easy drive to a few area attractions. The drinks and snacks were a nice surprise. The bed is super comfy! I gave a couple suggestions to Nick that may be helpful for future guests...he was very receptive of them. Keep in mind that there is a unit above this one. I don't think the level of noise we dealt with is a common concern. I believe we just had the unfortunate luck of some heavy walking, not so considerate neighbors. This was no fault of the host as we chose not to contact him about it. Nick and Cory are great hosts. I highly recommend them.

We really enjoyed our stay. It was nicely decorated and comfortable. The mattress was too soft for us but that's entirely personal preference (nothing I would ever ding a host for either). Driving an Expedition EL, we surprisingly managed to find street parking nearby.

The place was great! Beautifully decorated and hosts were helpful and responsive. Very close to University and a perfect place to stay while my daughter went to orientation.

The apartment at Gregory's place was well appointed with all needed for convenience and comfort. It is in a lovely, established neighborhood, yet not too far from restaurants and easy access from I-64. I would highly recommend it.

Ann’s place was perfect for our girls weekend but would also be a great space for a family. Ann’s communication was great prior to and during our stay. All directions were clear. Would definitely recommend this place for someone looking for a quiet, peaceful stay in a residential neighborhood.

We look forward to staying here again next time we want to visit the downs. The hot tub was a nice amenity and the charm of the old home was nostalgic and comforting. Larry was personable and friendly. Welcomed us well

This was the perfect home base for exploring the Bourbon Trail! The location was ideal—close to so many distilleries and attractions, yet tucked away in a quiet, peaceful neighborhood. Megan was an outstanding host—super responsive and thoughtful. She made the place feel just like home with touches like farm-fresh eggs, coffee, and other welcoming extras. If (or when!) we return to the area, we will definitely stay here again.

We had an amazing stay at Courtney’s place in Germantown! The home is full of charm and character, with thoughtful touches throughout—from the well-curated book selection to the beautiful local artwork. The kitchen was spacious and fully equipped with everything you could possibly need, which made it easy and enjoyable to cook. The backyard was a peaceful retreat, perfect for relaxing after a day out. The location couldn’t have been better—walkable to tons of great bars and restaurants. The mattress was incredibly comfortable, and the entire home was spotless and very well appointed. Courtney was so warm and welcoming, and her hospitality made our stay even better. We’d absolutely stay here again!

We throughly enjoyed David's home. It in a peaceful neighborhood with a great backyard! We used the kitchen alot during our stay and it had everything we needed! The laundry amenities were also very convenient with detergent and stain remover provided. David was very responsive and understanding! We absolutely hope to stay here again!

Every year the grounds get more mature and beautiful!! The owners are always such a pleasure to interact with and the thought put into all the wonderful outdoor activities are remarkable! We do a large family glamping trip yearly, something we always look forward to!

This was a great space for us while visiting for a graduation. We appreciated the excellent communication and it was just a great space with room to gather and hang out. The kitchen is well-equipped and everything was very clean and comfortable.

Really responsive and friendly guy! The place was super easy to find, no trouble getting in, neighbors were super chill, and the house was very welcoming and comfortable! Overall great experience, would recommend!

Our stay at Steve’s home was great! The pictures were accurate. We were very comfortable and had more than enough space for 3 people! We had trouble with the front door lock/key pad when we arrived and notified Steve. We ended up having to go in and out through the back door during our stay. We were able to walk our service dog in the neighborhood and even found a beautiful Grotto about a block away. Steve was responsive, even late at night when we arrived (10:30pm) and couldn’t get in the front door. He also recommended a few restaurants for us to try! It is highly likely that we will stay at Steve’s home again! The price for 3 nights right after the derby and during Mother’s Day weekend was very reasonable compared to other listings in the area. I would highly recommend Steve’s home to others!

James‘s place is absolutely beautiful!! I stayed here for a little getaway from all the stress at home and my stay was nothing but amazing. I truly felt at home and everything I could’ve possibly needed was there. Also bonus points for how easy check-in was!

Nice safe place for the value. Wasn’t a fan of the parking with a large SUV and current remodeling but it was safe and clean. The living area was spacious and comfortable. Rooms were clean.

My wife and I had an amazing time! The place was private, clean, convenient, welcoming and modern. Great decor and walkable to restaurants, bars and two blocks from 4th Street Live. We would definitely book again!

We stayed in the pent and it was beautiful. Loved the private balcony. Walking distance to lots of eateries and distilleries. Only negative is the bright EXIT sign when trying to sleep. It is very bright and lights up the entire room. This is a regulated fire code so there isn’t anything that can be done about it. Overall loved it still.

this is our second time at Libor's spot. it's impeccably clean. close to NuLu where all th best resturants and bars are out. very walkable area, but is quite enough to get a good night sleep. the parking space is greatly appreciated as well. Great overall value.

We stayed the weekend in unit 4. Check in was easy. Marshall was very responsive when I had questions. The unit was completely as described and very clean. Temperature was on point, too. This unit had everything we needed in the kitchen, bathroom and even had extra bedding. Quiet even with other guests staying in neighboring units. The Muhammad Ali theme throughout was nice. We will definitely be back to stay! What a great location with tons of nearby shopping, restaurants and beautiful river walk. What a fun town.
