Bay Cottage

This snug little one bedroomed accommodation sits up high with views of both Shanklin and Luccombe bays from each side. This property is ideal for walkers or cyclists as it sits just off the coastal path and is also close to the bridle path leading up to the Downs. There is a bus stop at the end of the lane for easy access to the rest of the Island. The accommodation is 15-20 minutes walk to several different beaches and 15 minutes walk to a number of restaurants pubs and eateries.

Our luxury holiday lodge is situated in the new gated development of Jubilee Gardens on Shorefield Country Park, this area benefits from a private gate onto West Road a 5 minute walk from the beach and is surrounded by nature trails. Shorefield Park has a wealth of amenities including indoor and outdoor pools (summer season only), gym, tennis courts, children's play area as well as a restaurant, bar and entertainment. PLEASE NOTE THAT VANS AND CAMPER VANS ARE NOT PERMITTED AT THE PROPERTY

A beautiful chalet in a tranquil setting. No passing footfall/traffic so very private. Close to beach & town with panoramic sea views. Perfectly positioned to explore Ventnor, a quirky Victorian seaside town set in fantastic scenery. There is a decked garden area with brick bbq overlooking the sea in Wheelers Bay. You are a short walk away from the seafront and also to the town. The accommodation is cosy and beautifully decorated in a coastal style. Ferry discounts available.

The Potting Shed Sopley

The Potting Shed is a unique detached cottage on the edge of the New Forest and South Coast. It sleeps two people and has a well-planned principal room incorporating kitchen/dining and living area with a log burner. Upstairs is a spacious loft, ideal for relaxing or being more creative with some artwork. Outdoors there is a large garden, terrace with a BBQ area and chiminea. There is a bike shed too (please bring your own bikes). Guests will have the place to themselves.

A charming cottage set in a rural location

A charming cottage set in a rural location, nestled between Bournemouth and the New Forest. There is a large free car park on site and bicycle lock up. We are in green belt countryside with forest and Avon Heath Country Park & Moors Valley Country park close by (my favourite is Moors Valley). The road is a cul de sac and quiet, we have rabbits, dog called 'Poppy' and free roaming chickens.
