Cosy studio in garden with private entrance for 2 guests. We provide a king-size bed & separate shower-room. Outside is a private patio area. We are a few minutes walk from the village which has a variety of shops, restaurants, cafes and pubs in its high street and is situated near to the New Forest National Park. We are a short walk (10 to 15 mins) from the beach and walks in the surrounding countryside. Ideal for walkers, cyclists, birdwatchers and marine activities. We can accept one small, well behaved dog by arrangement (please text me to discuss).

Cosy, comfortable and luxurious shepherd's hut make this a unique getaway, a 10 minute walk from the beach and the village of Milford on Sea. Dogs welcome and dog secure. Comfy king-sized bed and shower room sit alongside the middle living space, with kitchen, dining area and seating, overlooking the private outdoor area. The garden area has relaxing chairs and dining table and enjoys the sun all day long. A gas BBQ is available to grill outside. A welcome package is also included on arrival

Take a walk amongst the horses of the New Forest and enjoy a nice lunch whilst out and about on new exciting adventures. Try a spot of sailing or water activities nearby or hire bikes and explore the surrounding areas. Then, come home to a beautifully decorated house, outside dining or real log burning fire and relax........

Danehill - spacious house near the sea

Danehill is a spacious house, set in mature gardens tucked away from the road, five minute walk from the seafront and the village centre. The house is warm and welcoming and you will instantly feel at home. Milford offers an amazing range of restaurants, bars, and pubs, two mini supermarkets, and little shops. A perfect place by the sea suitable for families with children, groups of friends, and anyone looking for a comfortable and quiet stay. Dogs are welcome. We charge £40 per stay for dogs.

Little Ridge is a private and secluded one bedroom annexe. It benefits from it's own fenced off patio area which captures the evening sunshine. It has a kitchen, sitting and dining area, a bedroom with king size bed and shower room with heated towel rail and underfloor heating. Less than a five minute walk from the centre of popular Milford on Sea, with all it's restaurants, bars, cafes, pubs and shops, all set around a delightful village green and less than a 10 minute walk to the sea.

Beaches" is a contemporary bright studio offering light and airy accommodation with a feeling of tranquillity. With its own front door and patio doors which lead to a private courtyard. The location is perfect - Ideal if you wish to park your car and just walk - approx 5min walking distance from the village shops, beach, cafes, pubs, restaurants and village green. You can walk to Keyhaven harbour and the marshes, very popular with bird watchers. A ferry can be taken to Hurst Castle.

The Nook - Forest/Coastal Luxury Studio

The Nook is a hideout filled with little luxuries for a relaxing escape. Originally the out building of our grade 2 listed cottage, this little studio boasts a Hot tub in the courtyard, overlooked by mature trees & lit by festoon lights. A calming, chic interior, with everything you need to start your break. A fully equipped kitchenette, and enticingly comfy double bed, and timeless music playing through the Roberts radio. A contemporary shower room, complete with toiletries.

Split over 2 floors, the living areas are on top to make the most of unobstructed sea views. 3 bedrooms are below with 2 flowing directly into the beautiful private garden. Walk through its gate and you’re on the coastal path with close shingle beaches in both directions and a short walk to the popular village of Milford-on-Sea.

Ashtree House - Three Bedroom Detached House

Situated a ten-minute walk from The Cliff House and just five minutes from the beach is Ashtree House. Sleeping up to 6 people (5 adults), across three bedrooms with a cosy living room, kitchen diner and sun trapped garden it’s the perfect place to unwind with your friends and family. Detached and beautifully finished dog friendly home, suitable for families or couples and a short walk to Barton on Sea clifftop and the beaches below.

I have 6 acres of semi-wild grounds, to encourage wildlife , Deer, Badgers & Foxes if you’re lucky enough to see them. 20 min walk from Milford on Sea, with lots of cafes restaurants & pubs which you can find on Milford on Sea website.

Cliff Top studio is our bright and airy ground floor apartment, it has a fully fitted kitchen, en suite shower room, King size Bed, Sofa, enclosed courtyard garden, onsite parking, it is within 200yards of the Cliff Top at Barton on Sea, where there are uninterrupted views of the Needles, Isle of Wight, Christchurch Harbour, Hengistbury Head and the Purbecks beyond that.
