Monthly Rentals in Si Phum

A really lovely, homely place to stay in Chiang Mai. Vincent has gone the extra mile in providing everything you could need. From clothes washing liquid, to cooking condiments, tea, coffee, shower gels.. it was all there. Cosy lighting in the evenings too. I also appreciated his Chiang Mai guides for where to eat, socialise and exercise. A very good host.

It is located on the outskirts of Old Town, and you can walk to the Northgate Jazz Pub in 10 minutes, and even to the entrance of Nimmanhaemin in 20 minutes. It was relatively high-rise, and the window was large, so I could see the mountains in the distance. The room wasn't big, but it was just right for one person. I changed the shower filter every 2-3 days, and since there was no washing machine, I used a coin laundry that was a 7-8 minute walk away. The soundproofing was okay because I wasn't sensitive, and the kitchen was well equipped with cooking utensils, even though I never used it. I'm satisfied with the value!

A Peaceful Oasis. Pu's beautiful heritage cottage in the heart of the old city of Chiang Mai is a pure delight. Private and peaceful set back in a tropical garden, the cottage oozes character and charm. Everything you need for your stay. Two bathrooms, two toilets, spacious bedroom and living area. Air con and fans. Super clean. We loved sitting outside on the front deck after our day immersing in this charming city. Thank you again. Highly recommend!
