Holiday rentals with a patio in Šibenik

Amazing family run stay. Great value, cleanliness, it was equipped great and would recommend to anyone wanting to stay in an oasis in the heart of Old Town Split!

If I could give 10 stars I would. Josip and his family were amazing host. Not only did he pick us up from the airport, he and his wife made breakfast every morning and drove us to the store to get provisions as well as drive us to the marina for the second leg of our trip. They were extremely nice people who you would never know were there unless you needed ANYTHING! I would recommend Their home to anyone looking to stay in the area. Not to mention the pool was amazing and you are steps from the Sea. It was perfect! Thanks you for the wonderful vacation!

Such a beautiful cosy space. Super clean! Has everything you could need. Such a quiet, beautiful location. 5 minute drive to the old town Šibenik. We stayed for over 2 weeks and felt right at home. Such a pretty balcony to look out & drink wine or have dinner together when we wanted to cook at home. Such a nice modern layout for comfort. Quiet building, neighbours are friendly and respectful. Better if you have a car to explore the city, although Uber is also available! Short distance from the Krka Park, and wineries. The hosts were so well attentive & helped guide us on where to go! We had a wonderful stay in Barbara's place. The apartment was very clean with everything you need to have a comfortable stay. The views from the private top terrace were magnificent, practically though the thunderstorms and the sunsets. We even saw bee eaters flying just below us! amazing! The pool was wonderful to cool down after a long journey to reach Tribjunj. It even has an outside kitchen with grill and plenty of seating. Barbara was an exceptional host, going above and beyond to make our stay memorable. We enjoyed our long awaited trip back to Tribjunj and the improvements to the area where pleasing to see.

Ivana & Robert have a wonderful place right on the water! Such welcoming and friendly hosts, their positive vibes are infectious. The apartment is one of many in the building and is family oriented with lots of happy children running around. We were delighted that there was a SUP for our personal use! Just a heads-up for future guests: there was some impact noise from the apartment above and the balcony is not very private being split between three apartments by aluminium slats though it doesn't really matter because of the incredible unobstructed view 🤩

Very nice town with ice cream parlors, restaurants and small supermarkets. You could rent bicycles nearby and ride around the area. In late May/early June, it was not too crowded. The accommodation is great, the view is beautiful and the communication was very fast and uncomplicated. Ivica also answered questions about the area and the like quickly and nicely. That was nice, we'd love to come back!:)

Location very peaceful with lovely views, but further out than we anticipated. Limited restaurants / bars within walking distance. Bus, car or taxi required to access nearest town. Pool and outside area/ kitchen are excellent and well equipped. Apartment also well equipped. Danko is a great host and happy to help with any requests.

A top apartment: super clean, quiet while being close to major roads or the bus, very comfortable bedding. And a very warm welcome from Sandra and her parents who live next door. The accommodation is very well equipped, remained cool despite the heat of the week, the covered terrace is perfect. Sandra was very accommodating with the schedules. I would recommend it 100% .

The flat is awesome. The kitchen is pretty new and has everything you need. The living room has a nice view already but the balcony is perfect for the breakfasts, sunrises, sunsets as it has a beautiful view to the city and St. Mihalova fortress. If you lucky enough and there is a concert than you can enjoy that as well. The host is super flexible as he was waiting for us at 3 AM (in the morning to let us in). It is kinda halfway on the hill, 7-8 mins down to the restaurant zone and circa 7-8 too to reach the other fortress up.

Rest in this house is super comfortable and cozy. Perfect place for family vacation with children. We are sure that we will return here next season.

Although we only stayed one night, the apartment is fully equipped so you can spend as many days as you like. In addition to highlighting Kornelija's patience and kindness.

We spent 2 wonderful weeks at the Fischerhaus La Pineta. We did all our excursions, restaurant visits and shopping exclusively by bike. Access to the water is sufficient, and you can then go back to the beautiful garden. Occasionally, the loud boats disturbed us. The apartment is perfectly furnished for 2 persons. The garden is spacious, with many seating areas. High-quality garden furniture is available, no plastic! The large trees provide plenty of shade. A trusting cat inhabits the property and makes the stay lovable. The contact with the landlords was straightforward. We would gladly come back.

We enjoyed our stay. Kristijan is a good host. If we had any question , he respond very quick. We're enjoyed time in pool and Whirlpool. It was fun for our childs. They loved it. After a half day trip, they jumped in there, all the time. On a rainy day , was nice to have the play station.

Everything was wonderful! I loved how clean the home was and how responsive Lina-Natalia was when we needed something. It was great how close the home was to town so we could walk to things. We hope to come again someday.

The apartment was a great base to explore Split. We also went on day trips to Hvar and The National Park which we enjoyed. The apartment is exactly like it is in the photos and is very clean and well equipped. We appreciated the extras touches - drinks in the fridge and pastries when we arrived and toiletries and lots of towels. It is five floors up but this means the terrace has great views over the harbour. Anamarija was an excellent host and we loved our stay.

Wonderful place with a friendly host!

I stayed at Iain And Joyce's place for about ten days in August. I would say everything is perfect, the location is beautiful directly on the sea in the private property of the residence so without cars or traffic you fully enjoy nature. The apartment is furnished in an essential way and is an added value for a vacation home, bright and spacious. There were three of us and the size was perfect. The terrace is magnificent for dining and seeing the beautiful sunsets. It is located inside a residence where you can take advantage of all the services from the various restaurants to the market. Contact with the hosts, despite not being on site, has always been immediate. The only flaw is that it is so relaxing that you lose the desire to move from the location. Super recommended!

amazing host, secure location for the car and easy to get around the area.

Marina's place was very comfortable and reasonably close to Split town center - we took Uber there to avoid dealing with parking. Head's up to future visitors - the nearby construction caused a couple Uber drivers confusion about where to pick up/drop off. The apartment is also well-located to explore Krka and Plitvice national parks. The apartment is very well stocked with provisions, among the best I have ever experienced in an Airbnb. I would definitely stay at Marina's place on a future visit to Split!

Nice apartment with air conditioning in a quiet location. You can enjoy wonderful sunsets from the balcony in the evening. Good parking. Nice swimming in the village. The proximity to the World Heritage City of Sibenik is outstanding. Hosts are friendly and help with any issues.
