Holiday rentals with beach access in Siderno

Die Wohnung ist wie auf den Bildern abgezeichnet. Guisseppe hat alles getan um uns die Ankunft so entspannt zu machen wie möglich. Wir empfehlen im Vorhinein ein Auto zu mieten, um die Umgebung zu erkunden, da mann den nächsten Ort nur fussläufig über eine Landstrasse oder am Strand lang erreicht. Es gibt ein schönes Kaffee auf der gegenüberliegenden Straßenseite. Der Strand ist leer und eignet sich hervorragend für einen Entspannungsurlaub. Wie kommen gerne wieder !

Io e la mia famiglia siamo stati molto bene nell'appartamento di Gabriella, persona estremamente perbene, che ci è stata di grande aiuto nel consigliarci alcuni riferimenti in zona e nel suggerirci cosa visitare. L'appartamento è dotato di tutto il necessario anche per un lungo soggiorno. Ho molto apprezzato la presenza delle zanzariere applicate ad ogni apertura (finestra) presente nell'appartamento. La vicinanza dell'alloggio al mare è uno dei suoi punti di forza. In definitiva, la considero un'ottima esperienza da ripetere in un futuro prossimo.

Gherly‘s Residenz ist ein nostalgischer Traum, der die Ferien der Kindheit ins Gedächtnis ruft. Sie selbst eine liebevolle Gastgeberin. Der Balkon und Ausblick ist phenomenal- im Appartment kein Schnickschnack, nur ausgesuchte Vintage Ausstattung, deren Einfachheit besticht. Der Strand mit einem Spaziergang durchs parkähnliche Areal in Kürze erreichbar. Alles perfekt. Würde jederzeit wieder kommen, wir haben uns wunderbar ausgeruht!

An excellent apartment in a friendly and genuine village … We’ve just returned from a superb holiday in the village of Santa Domenica. What a great apartment. Spacious and well equipped, super clean, with a decent balcony and pool with a sun bathing area. No negatives for us at all. Everything we needed food wise was in the village ; a couple of supermarkets, a really good food/bric a brac market on Mondays, a bakery, fishmonger (that serves meals also), cafe/bars, 4/5 restaurants (Il Casale was our favourite). We used Santa Domenica as a base for a few days out to Pizzo and Scilla (both beautiful and, we thought, easily as nice as Tropea. A number of beaches are accessible from Santa Domenica but these involve walks which aren’t always easy when it’s 30+ degrees. And our host ? Teresa was ace. Picked us up from the Railway Station, gave us loads of decent recommendations and responded immediately to any questions we had. A great holiday !

Abbiamo apprezzato molto l'appartamento: spazioso, luminoso, molto pulito, curato e tranquillo, e l’ampia terrazza, fornita di tavolo, sedie e tre sdraio. Inoltre, la posizione è assolutamente unica, direttamente sul mare! Il lungomare, il centro con diversi ristoranti e la stazione dei treni sono raggiungibili velocemente a piedi. Inoltre, in pochi minuti d'auto è possibile raggiungere un fornitissimo supermercato. Paola è stata molto gentile, ci ha fatto trovare diversi generi alimentari di prima necessità ed è stata prontissima nel rispondere ad ogni tipo di richiesta. Davvero un soggiorno indimenticabile, grazie!

Ottima location, non posso aggiungere altra, raggiungibile in pochi minuti da Reggio Calbria. Alloggio spazioso, curato, luminoso e ben diposto. Per essere un appoggio al mare per una famiglia di 4 persone va molto bene. Il tramonto sulle Eolie è spettacolare. Mate é veramente molto cortese e disponibile, anche se è a migliaia di Km di distanza. Sicuramente, Mate ci sentirà di nuovo per le nostre prossime vacanze da quelle parti.

Sehr schöner Aufenthalt! 6 Tage im Juni. Saubere, gemütliche Wohnung mit allem Nötigen. Direkter Zugang zum Meer, viel Grün, Ruhe, toller Blick auf den Ätna. Super Lage (30 km von Reggio Calabria). Gastgeber freundlich und erreichbar. Pentedattilo & Bova sehr sehenswert!

La struttura di Filippo è stata da subito accogliente e dotata di tutto il necessario. Ben oltre le aspettative visto il costo. Abbiamo avuto a disposizione qualsiasi cosa si potesse chiedere da una casa al mare. Posizione estremamente comoda, vicinissima al mare e alla stazione ferroviaria di Scilla. Filippo è una persona che ti fa sentire a tuo agio, pronto a dare consigli sul territorio e tanto altro. Consigliato per una vacanza di relax sulla Costa Viola.

Andrea und seine Familie sind sehr hilfsbereit und die Kommunikation war sehr gut ! Die Einrichtung einfach , aber funktionell und durchaus der Beschreibung und Bildern entsprechend. Tatsächlich außergewöhnlich ist die Lage und die Aussicht !!! Eigentlich muss man die Unterkunft kaum verlassen , denn das Meer liegt einem sprichwörtlich zu Füßen. Für uns ein sehr erholsamer und schöner Kurzurlaub . Daher 5 Sterne 🌟

Alloggio accogliente, comodo e funzionale, ad un passo dallo stupendo mare di Calabria (sia spiaggia libera che stabilimento). Giuseppina host disponibile ed amichevole, risponde velocemente e ci ha dato ottimi consigli per visitare i dintorni. Consigliatissimo, ci torneremo sicuramente!

Lovely modern apartment that is up on the hill. Well equipped. A lot of noise from the traffic outside - on a junction.

Wonderful location - private, serene, and gorgeous. Philip and Antonia were lovely hosts, they took care to provide lots of recommendations and explain the house. The house itself is beautiful and had all the necessities for us to stay in and cook for the week, especially using the sweet local red onions! The view is incredible and the private beach was our daily exercise - we loved it! We'll be back!

This place is a gem!!! Includes an adorable home with multiple outdoor dining areas, pool (shared between a couple of villas), and a stunning private beach (down 400 steps but well worth it!). Our mixed age group (2 year old, 92 year old and 3 adults) absolutely loved it! Was a beautiful escape and felt like we were getting a taste of the region. We loved spending time at the pool and cooking in the kitchen. For those who may have trouble with stairs - one bedroom is ground floor, two are upstairs. It is only a few minutes drive from some great restaurants, and 20 minute drive to Tropea. Definitely recommend having a car if you stay here.

Paolo, col l’aiuto di Stefania, sono stati ospiti impeccabili. Gentili e ospitali nell’accoglienza, ci hanno fatto trovare un alloggio in condizioni perfette dosato di ogni genere di comfort. La casa sorge su un’altura, ad un paio di km dalla rete viaria principale. È indispensabile essere muniti di macchina per raggiungerla. La realtà è migliore delle foto! Indimenticabile veranda esterna dove cenare e trascorrere del tempo in serenità guardando il mare. Gli spazi interni sono ampi e ben arredati. Ci siamo sentiti a casa!

Villa Ulivo è stata per noi una bella sorpresa! Casa piccola ma con tutto e di più! Ottimo il giardino, la lavatrice e anche la lavastoviglie. Il top è stato avere AC nelle stanze, poi la possibilità di verdure freschissime dall'orto del padre di Enrico. E infine la compagnia di 2 simpatici cagnolini. Un posto che vale la pena di andare.

Es war ein schöner Aufenthalt bei tollen, freundlichen Gastgebern. Die ganze Anlage und Wohnung waren top gepflegt und sehr sauber. Wir haben viele tolle Empfehlungen von Noemi & Salvatore bekommen. Nochmal vielen Dank dafür. Udo & Sabine

Antonio était très réactif, nous avons pu arriver en avance dans l'appartement. Antonio nous a indiqué plusieurs activités et restaurants à faire. C'était très agréable de communiquer avec Antonio (en anglais ;) ) Je recommande!

Beautiful to sleep with the sounds of the sea. Everything you need. Carlo was friendly and responsive. Nothing more to say :)

Very comfortable and clean fully equipped apartment. Very accessible for my family of 4. Convenient location to entire area and highways. Close to a supermarket. The air conditioner was a big plus as it is not typical for the area. Plus as an added bonus there is a small clothes washer. I highly recommend — particularly for families.

Daniela ist eine sehr liebenswerte und erfahrene Gastgeberin. Das sehr saubere Apartment ist umgeben von einem großräumigen, liebevoll gepflegten Garten. Wir waren auch dankbar die Waschmaschine benützen zu dürfen. Vielen Dank

Sehr besonders, ruhig und mit originaler Einrichtung aus den 70er Jahren. Wirklich ein schöner Ort mit besonderem Charme und sehr freundlichem & hilfsbereitem Team. Es ist alles sehr einfach und bei Küche und Bad merkt man das sie aus einer anderen Zeit sind und manches etwas in die Jahre gekommen ist, aber dafür hat man eine einmalige Umgebung, viel Ruhe, Natur und sehr viel persönlichen Charme abseits von Massentourismus. Bei Wünschen, oder kleinen Defekten wurde sofort geholfen und alles direkt behoben. Auch ohne Auto empfehlenswert, man läuft ca. 15min zum kleinen Supermarkt, ca. 30min zum etwas größerem Supermarkt, 20min zum Bahnhof (von dort geht es bequem nach Scilla & Tropea). Einziges Manko: Am Wochenende hört man die Musik der größeren Touri-Anlagen und eine Grundaustattung wie Öl, Essig, Pfeffer etc. gibt es vor Ort nicht. Der Ort und die Umgebung ist wunderschön, toller Strand & vor allem sehr hilfsbereite und herzliche Atmosphäre. Wir kommen gerne wieder!

We had a fantastic stay at Magdalena’s place. The location was perfect for my mum who can not walk so far . Anytime we contacted Magdalena she responded instantly and was really friendly . Loved the place and felt it was excellent value for money. Definitely will be back .

Ottimo alloggio, moderno, ben organizzato e pulitissimo. Il clima funziona alla perfezione e l'appartamento è fornito di quasi tutte le comodità. L'host è stato molto ospitale ed attento nelle comunicazioni. Unica piccola critica: ogni tanto l'acqua calda funzionava in maniera intermittente. Tuttavia, posso dire che siamo stati benissimo e, nel complesso, è stata una permanenza eccellente. Super consigliato.
