Holiday rentals with a washing machine and dryer in Sierra de los Padres

The apartment is beautiful, comfortable and practical. The location is very good, half a block from the sea. Close to businesses and places to eat. The neighborhood is very nice and safe. Everything was just like the description and photos. The heating was perfect. We had cameras where we could see the car at the door of the building. David was very kind. He was waiting for us when we arrived and was always very attentive to messages. He offered to let us stay a few more hours. It was a very satisfying stay

EXCELLENT!!! Really, everything I can write is not enough for what it deserves. Everything 10 out of 10. Beautiful apartment just like the photos, everything impeccable, everything available for use, impressive views of everything. With the windows it has and the comfort of everything, it even makes you want to stay inside all day. Lots of sunlight, which I love, and lots of air comes in when you open the windows. 1,000/10!!! They left us little gifts of candy and such upon arrival. Melany is a genius, GENIUS, GENIUSSSS. Super friendly, willing to help and very nice. She helped us when we left and everything. Thank you very much, I recommend it without thinking. We hope to be able to return. 🙌🏼💫⭐️✨

It's the most equipped airbnb I could have stayed in. We were 2 people and we were perfect, in addition that Valeria was always super proactive when communicating, responding and giving us all the facilities for check-in and check-out. If we go back to Mardel this will be a must :)

Daniela and Martin's house is even nicer than the pictures. Everything is perfect, the park, the heated pool, amenities such as a washing machine, clothes dryer and dishwasher. The house is beautiful inside with furniture, books and everything thought out in detail. It's super-equipped, especially the kitchen. Communication was smooth and Daniela took care to give us a hand when we needed something. Definitely deserves to be a star host and a guest favorite. Everything is great! Sebastián is always very friendly and attentive to facilitate everything in our stay. When we arrived it was raining and greeted us at the door so we wouldn't get wet. Everything is thought of, even in the smallest details, to have a very comfortable stay, and make you feel at home. It was very flexible with the check-in and check-out times, which helped us a lot, since we traveled by bus and there was no inconvenience in adapting to their schedules. The location is excellent. A wonderful apartment with a perfect location! Everything you need for a comfortable stay is just a few steps away: shops, cafes, and restaurants. The neighborhood is quiet and safe, and it was very easy to reach the main attractions. The apartment fully matches the description, it is clean and cozy. There is also a gym in the building. The only downside is the poor sound insulation. Sometimes we could hear the neighbors, but it didn’t affect the overall impression much. The host was very attentive and always available, which made our stay even more pleasant. Highly recommend!

Marian is an excellent host! Also, the apartment has the best views I saw in Mardel of all the listings I was in. The area is a 10, steps from Varese, steps from Cabo Corrientes, from Playa Chica. A few blocks from Alem for dinner and for access to markets. Enjoy these days a lot, and I would definitely come back!

Semipiso located above Alem, one block from the Sheraton of Playa Grande. Super spacious. You can park up to a van in the garage. The radiant slab works perfectly. The living room faces the ocean. The rooms have an incredible view of the entire city from the 15th floor.
