Juan was very kind and was available at all times for any questions. He also told us how Madrid's public transport worked and how to get to the center in the fastest and most efficient way.

The apartment is very comfortable, the rooms are good, it has a good terrace and is very close to the old town of Ávila, in a very quiet area. Communication with the owner has been smooth and respectful. This is the third time I've stayed in one of his apartments and if I have to go back to Ávila, I'll definitely trust him again.

Our stay at Arabela's place was excellent. From the first moment, communication with her was very close and fluid, always attentive and willing to help us with anything we needed. The house is very cozy and warm, perfect to rest and feel at home, even on the coldest days. Everything was clean, well maintained and decorated with pleasure. The natural environment that surrounds the house is a wonder, ideal for disconnecting and enjoying the tranquility. Definitely a place we would love to return to. 100% recommended!

I felt right at home at Fausto’s authentically decorated apartment. It is in the middle of a fun neighbourhood (Lavapies) full of nice bars and restaurants – including quite some vegan places! It’s close to the train station and museums like the Reina Sofia. It can be a bit noisy at night, but if you bring earplugs, it shouldn’t be a problem. All in all, I would definitely recommend staying here!

We stayed in this apartment at the end of June 2025 and we are very happy. Both the building and the apartment are very clean. The apartment is equipped with everything you need for your stay. The air conditioning is only in the living room, but it is also well distributed for the bedroom. Optimal position for moving around, but also in silence to rest at night in peace. The neighborhood is beautiful and has all the necessary services. Beautiful beautiful beautiful

If you’re spending time in Madrid, Jose’s place is the dream spot. The location cannot be beat - in the heart of Malasaña with everything at your fingertips. But the building itself is very quiet, allowing for great sleeps and a comfortable escape from the bustling neighbourhood. The place was very clean and has everything you need. The air conditioning was a gift in the hot weather, too! I’m already wanting to come back to Madrid and stay in this place again. It was a beautiful experience. Thank you, Jose!

I think it was one of the best experiences I have had these last few years, we needed to disconnect and we got it, we left very sad of this very spectacular house, super cozy, the hammock furniture is the best and I slept like a queen in the beds so comfortable, I did not want the hours to pass. Gustavo and his mother, the owners, were so kind and familiar that we already have them in our hearts forever. We love you, family. Graciela and Justin.

Cristina's accommodation is even better than described in the photos. She was always very friendly and helped us with everything we needed. Definitely an experience to repeat!

My husband and I have been enjoying this wonderful house this weekend. It was a birthday gift for my husband and he loved it. Our two dogs have been super happy and so have we. The house is very well equipped, beautifully located, magnificent views, and very clean. We will definitely repeat

A sensational weekend. The house, the surroundings and the views from that wonderful pool, ensure you disconnect absolutely from everything and enjoy a beautiful and peaceful atmosphere. The house has everything we need. Modern bathrooms, good beds, ceiling fan in each room, which makes you rest cool all night. Truly, wonderful. And Silvia is super attentive, kind and charming. We'll be back!!!

It is a detached house attached to yours, which conveys a great sense of home, autonomy and comfort. There were 4 adults and it was perfect in terms of space and amenities. I would just comment for future guests that it has low ceilings and door frames, but it is not overwhelming at all, in fact it has a lot of natural light. Of course, if we return to this northwest area of Madrid, we'll leave it marked as a favorite. Thank you Agustín!

We have passed a great bridge. The amazing house and the kids have really enjoyed the garden and especially the chickens. Too bad the weather prevented us from using the pool that looked spectacular. I highly recommend staying here.

A spectacular stay, the views of the garden, the pool, a luxury. The house is spacious, comfortable and clean. Filled with kitchenware, utensils, games, amenities, etc.

Perfect place for the weekend of outdoor activities.

The accommodation is as it appears in the photos. It's small but functional, perfect for two people. The location of the house is great, as it has bus and subway stations very close. There are also plenty of supermarkets, restaurants, bakeries, etc. The neighborhood is quiet and safe, at night you don't hear any noise. They were very flexible with the arrival time and that was great for us. They were very kind at all times and left the apartment clean, tidy, with shower gels, etc.

We returned to Rafi's apartment as we enjoyed our stay last year. Rafi is a kind and helpful host who always responds. The apartment was very clean and well equipped. We love the terrace overlooking the church and the storks' nests. The situation is excellent for everything in the town like shopping, cafes and restaurants and bus transport. Manzanares is a magical place for us with the local culture, walking and birdwatching.

Pino’s place was great for the week my partner and I stayed in Madrid! It has an amazing location so you can walk to everything. There is an elevator which made it easy to move the luggage up and down. The wifi was fantastic, my partner had to work a bit so that made it super easy. The apartment had everything we needed, and Pino even left us a bottle of wine and some snacks! Pino was also very flexible with our check in as we arrived early in the day which was very appreciated! One thing I will mention is that it was loud at night during the holiday we happened to be there for (Constitution Day) but was quiet the rest of the week. It didn’t bother us too much as we had ear plugs! We highly recommend staying here!

The house was impeccable, the service was very good, they left us coffee, cocoa and the essentials of a house. The only downside is that it is far from the city and with the heat the commuter train or bus was very crowded, we managed with taxis and ubers but fine, the accommodation is as in the photos.

Great spot to stay. I stayed for a month and found Santiago’s place to be a perfect home base for my time in Spain. The space is small but fully equipped and it’s in a vibrant spot in the city. Trains and supermarkets and pharmacies all super easily accessible. Santiago was super responsive with any questions. The loft sleeping arrangement worked for me but it can get hot up there and the stairs up probably aren’t for everyone.

We had a wonderful stay with Liron, who is a fantastic host very friendly, understanding, and welcoming. You can truly feel the spirit of Madrid the moment you step outside the door. We thoroughly enjoyed our time here and exploring the city. The apartment is comfortable and well-equipped with everything you might need.

We loved both the place and Gerardo's service, who was super friendly from the moment we arrived. We had stayed at other accommodations in Villanueva de la Cañada, but I would definitely recommend this one. We haven't ruled out returning on another occasion.
