Cottage holiday rentals in Signy-l'Abbaye

We had a wonderful 3 night stay at Cottages Antoinette earlier this week. From the moment we arrived , we felt very welcome and comfortable. Check in was easy & flexible and Marco was there to show us round. The place itself was spotlessly clean, and well equipped with everything we needed. The views are stunning and it is greatly positioned between Epernay and Reims. We actually walked to a near train station (25 mins) and got the train to Epernay to enjoy some Champagne. Our cottage got some glorious evening sun on the terrace and we enjoyed the hot tub too. The EV charger was easy to use and readily available. This place is a real treat, don’t hesitate to book!

Absolutely outstanding! My typical airbnb reviews read something like... clean and well equipped and nice owner. Rest assured, the cottages are very well equipped , completely modern, and the hosts are WONDERFUL. Leaving an amenities focused review such a this for our recent Cottages Antoinette experience simply would not capture the spirit of how wonderful our stay was. This is truly a special experience in the heart of a special region in one of the world's great nations. Champagne houses within a minute walk. Ville Bakery and Restaurant reached with 2 minutes walking. Access to walking trails in the forest also accessible within 2 minutes of walking. Snuggles with Iggy (chocolate lab) and August (cat) readily available! Chilled Champagne and wines are stocked for purchase in the cottage. Completely silent at night with exceptional views from the bed, living room, and terrace that overlook champagne fields and, in the distance, Reims.

Our stay went very well. The house is superb, spacious and well-equipped. We were able to enjoy the Nordic bath and sauna without any problems. Sandrine is very responsive and flexible to requests. I would recommend it 100%.

we had booked this nice cottage in the woods with our 6 and it was really ideal. the weather forecast had predicted very warm weather. but where we were sitting it was really good temperature! We booked the well ourselves in the afternoon, where we were able to relax and cool off. We will definitely come back here! ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️

Very good stay in the chalet! Small problem on arrival, not the fault of the owner who found a solution very quickly and did not affect our stay. Close to a small welcoming village! Very nice inhabitants. Lots of hiking to do without using the car. Everything is in compliance at the campsite! Small restaurant that we recommend, cheap and excellent!! Thank you!!

We loved our spring time stay in Hendrickje’s peaceful country cottage! I’d highly recommend it for anyone who wants a quiet getaway in the middle of nature. I always found our host to be communicative and willing to help with anything we needed during our stay.

Spacious house with nice new shower. The garden is wonderful and well screened, so that our dog could walk comfortably. Made a few nice walks from the house. Too bad the pétanque has not been maintained, which is why we did not use it. It's a location to come back to.

If you want to get away from the hustle and bustle of the Netherlands, but don't want to drive too far, this beautiful gite is highly recommended. Wonderfully quiet, beautiful surroundings and an hour's drive from the French Ardennes and the coziness and coziness of the cottage itself is really fantastic!

Excellent stay in a beautiful private location in small valley on river. Super for kids of all ages, or older groups. Everyone very friendly and helpful

This was one of the best houses we ever stayed in. Perfectly renovated old farmhouse with carefully selected antique furniture and decorations, combined with modern appliances of high quality . We just loved it. Sophie and Vincent were great hosts and did everything to make us comfortable. We particularly enjoyed the covered terrace and the garden. It is fenced in so our dog could stay outside without any worries. We would definitely consider coming back if we are in the area again.

We stayed in the beautiful located holiday home, in the middle of the nature of Thilay. The secluded location immediately provided a sense of calm and escape from the hustle and bustle upon arrival. The house is near the Semois, which makes it an ideal place for nature lovers and hikers. Inside, the vacation home was particularly cozy and sparkling clean. Everything was perfectly fine: from a well-equipped kitchen to a well-kept bathroom. The atmosphere is warm and inviting. A small point of attention: the ceiling is a bit low in some places, especially with the stairs. For taller people (like us), that was occasionally pay attention. The surrounding area offers plenty of hiking opportunities along the water and through the forest. For those who love peace and nature, this is highly recommended. We will be happy to return!

This accommodation was perfect, an indoor and free swimming pool in the campsite, games for children, bouncy castles, a pond for swimming 10 min walk. It was super comfortable with everything you need. Thank you very much

Me and two of my friends stayed at Laurent's place for 6 days. The location of the house is fantastic and private, with sufficient amenities and comfortable beds (we're tall guys). The area and lake nearby are great to walk/hike too. Laurent is very responsive and helpful. We may come back again some time!

It was really nice to stay here! Our children (1 and 3 years) loved the booklets and bikes, tractor and motorcycles for outdoors. I'm glad there's a care pillow, cot with mattress and 1 bed gate for the single bed!

We had a great time at Sophie's beautiful place. Here we were able to relax, cook and read excellently. Would recommend!

A beautifully renovated house, with all facilities, comfort, and in a beautiful setting, surrounded by tranquility and greenery. beautiful hiking trails and cycling routes in the immediate vicinity. Good base for visiting surrounding villages. A fantastic host with a big heart for their own surroundings. Just couldn't be better for us as a family!

Melanie is a friendly host who responds quickly. The house is tastefully decorated and ideal for families with kids. Our children have enjoyed the trampoline in the garden and all the games. Also nice that we could use the bikes. A wonderful place to relax and unwind!
