ideal accommodation to disconnect with an atypical setting (equipment for children, swimming pool, chicken coops, pony enclosure, 7 cats not at all fierce and a nice little dog, simple and optimized house). Fleur and Jean Marc are very welcoming and warm hosts who have this rare relational intelligence of knowing how to respect privacy while being proactive at the right time. We recommend it for families looking for freshness, greening in an ultra original place.

We needed to enjoy a moment of calm, to rest for a long weekend of three days. The listing at this address seemed ideal, the comments all unanimous... well... it's even better than we could have hoped. The loft is very comfortable, spacious, beautifully decorated, a rare cleanliness... the best thing is the little touches all around you. The exterior is also very neat, swimming pool, jacuzzi accessible at any time and private, there is everything you need to feel good. Well, we could go on for a long time with the superlatives... breakfasts... meals... massages... but the icing on the cake is the hosts Anne-Lise and Frédéric... whose kindness and discretion complete this perfect and timeless moment. It's the most beautiful house we've stayed in in recent years. The host leaves her family home as it is, for guests she does not know and offers access to a complete pharmacy, all the ingredients in the kitchen, still and sparkling water in bottles at will, linens including towels in abundance. All these little touches and trust contribute to feeling comfortable and respected from the outset, inspiring mutual respect. The house is huge, full of nooks and crannies that allow you to cohabit without stepping on each other. The garden is very well maintained, beautiful, with a prolific wisteria that shelters a flock of birds that frolic in the morning and evening. No vis-à-vis, very nice pool, absolute calm, a well-stocked proxi (meat +++) 200 m away, 2 restaurants/bar, hiking trails next to the house, and Laurence's very wise visiting advice. We had a great weekend with the family! The grounds are very well laid out and beautifully wooded (petanque court, swimming pool, barbecue, etc.). We made the most of it! On the other hand, the accommodation is very well equipped for young children (high chair, crib, dishes, etc.). Perfect for our little girl! In the village (where you can go on foot), there is good organic bread! Ideal! Go ahead! We recommend it!

Hi, We were greeted by Olivier, who was waiting for us on site for a detailed description of the place, and as a bonus, small local specialties...!! Also, a very high level of responsiveness in case of need...!!👍 clear explanations of this place where absolutely nothing is missing to spend moments of calm and conviviality. Everything is gathered on site, from the housing, very functional, to the spacious, landscaped and tree-lined exteriors, with a beautiful swimming pool. Everything was absolutely perfect! The accommodation is incredibly beautiful, tastefully decorated and very comfortable. The location is ideal, close to everything we needed. I loved my stay at this Airbnb! I came here as part of a business trip, and everything was perfect: clean, well-equipped, quiet, and very pleasant to live in. The quality/price ratio is really excellent, it is rare to find such comfort at this price. The host is also very responsive and welcoming, which makes the experience even more enjoyable. We're going back this week without hesitation! I highly recommend it!

Excellent stay at Marine and Kevin's. The studio is large and pleasant. Modern and practical. The housing environment is a haven of peace, ideal for recharging. We're lulled by birds chirping. Ghislaine and Gérard were very responsive. The accommodation, recently renovated, is very pleasant and well-equipped. It is located on the edge of the woods, in a quiet and peaceful setting.

We spent two nights in a magical atmosphere. The place is completely out of the way and the silence by the pool is just perfect. Accessibility is a bit tedious on the small paths, but the photos do not reflect the true atmosphere that the place gives off, which is really soothing. Thank you to Olivier who was responsive and for his welcome and his little attentions.

Very warm and discreet hosts. The accommodation is superb and very well-equipped, and the exteriors are magnificent! In the bedroom, a small problem with bed legs that rock, but Laurent has been informed, and I'm sure he'll do what's necessary... Terrace with magnificent views! A small shade sail might be welcome... For cyclists, possibility to rent an electric mountain bike for €39 a day in Lamastre (8 km) to do the Via Dolce... Miles of cycling without crossing a car.... On the way back, swimming in the river at the bottom of the rental is very pleasant... What else? Note for a couple on a honeymoon... The toilet is in the bedroom... #romanticism 😉 For us, a great stay!!!! A great stay in the heart of nature! The cottage is even more beautiful than in the photos and the view is just incredible and hypnotizing. The decoration is neat, the accommodation is new and has modern amenities, it is spacious and comfortable and the view is breathtaking. Anne and Jérémy are welcoming and responsive. We stayed in Frederique's cottage for two nights. It was very clean with an abundance of little extras to make our stay homely. Frederique was very welcoming to us and our border collie dog. The surroundings were very peaceful in a glorious setting with fabulous views.

Beautiful and clean cottage with beautiful views. A quiet place to rest. The restaurant in Saint Michel d'Aurance is recommended. We had a nice meal there and the hostess was very friendly.

Thanks to Jean-Christophe, we had a wonderful holiday. The view from the terrace on the west side is beautiful, you will not get bored. The valley, the mountains, the birds and the sun setting behind the mountains. The host is extremely helpful and concerned about giving you a pleasant leave, and certainly gives you the necessary privacy. We have received tips on what you can experience in the area or what you want to see. The cottage is well equipped with all the necessities to live in, pots and pans, cutlery and kitchen appliances, everything more than sufficient. A five-minute drive away, you have a small supermarket and an excellent restaurant, "Le Touristique". There are markets in the area on different days, each one a little bigger than the last. With culinary local and international products, among other things. You can live like a god in France, but I would choose that god for the Ardèche...
