Bienvenue au Gîte Sous les pins, en Drôme Provençale, entre campagne et foret. Ce gite climatisé de 70m2 se compose d'une grande pièce de vie avec cuisine équipée, lave vaisselle, réfrigérateur congélateur, four, etc... Vous aurez une salle de bain avec baignoire ainsi qu'un WC séparé. Les 2 chambres avec vue sur le parc arboré sont équipées de rangement et penderie, un canapé lit 2 personnes pourra servir de couchage supplémentaire. Terrasse privative de 50m2 avec jacuzzi (2 nuits minimum )

Le bain nordique jacuzzi privatif et le sauna panoramique sont à votre disposition tout au long de votre séjour. Avec sa cheminée, sa terrasse de lauzes, son calme : l'endroit est idéal pour faire une vraie pause été comme hiver. Cocooning en amoureux, activités nature en forêt et sur les plateaux auvergnats ! la Coustiero

Nous vous accueillons à "La Coustiero" dans notre merveilleux vieux village de Sauzet au pied de l église, qui vous offrira un panorama allant des 3 becs au mont ventoux. Ce logement paisible se compose d un lit queen size ainsi que canapé lit pour une personne ( ou 2 enfants ), salle de bain et d un espace salon cuisine. Proche de toutes commodités (boulangerie, boucherie, superette, tabac...) et a 10 mn de Montélimar. Attention fortes chaleurs il n y a pas de climatisation.

Dans un environnement préservé, entre forêts, vergers et collines boisées, vous profiterez d’un calme absolu, d’un spa privatif avec vue imprenable et d’un intérieur soigné et confortable.

Small cozy house, fully equipped and air-conditioned, with an outdoor Jacuzzi. 2 terraces: one for breakfast, with direct access to the kitchen, and the other for napping, more spacious and accessible from the master suite with a jacuzzi area. 2 bedrooms: a master suite with a walk-in shower and a bedroom with a double bed (140 cm) and a single bed (90 cm) on the mezzanine Cleaning included; proper condition required. Sheets and towels provided.

You will have an equipped kitchen, a living area, a lounge area with a view, upstairs a master suite, XL shower, 160 cm bed, standard bedroom with shower and 2 twin beds. Beautiful wooden terrace around the pool, dining area under the awning, lounge area, deckchairs and BBQ.

Possibility of renting a VTC by reservation. 1.5 KM away, Lamastre (shops, pharmacy, tourist office...) 2 markets: Tuesday and Saturday (local market). Located in an old traditional Ardèche farmhouse, it is a spacious and warm 3-star gîte. A 10-minute walk from a very beautiful river, it is the perfect starting point for many walks, bike rides, or donkey rides (rental on site). Village 500 m away (bar and grocery store). 20 minutes from Mont Gerbier de Jonc and 1 hour from Lac d'Issarlès. Bed linens and towels are provided. Beds are made upon arrival.
