Heidi's Home in the Dolomites

An apartment on the second floor of a villa at an altitude of 1,500 meters with a splendid view of the Dolomites, which has been declared a World Heritage Site. Large apartment suitable for large groups of up to 11 people. For smaller groups of 1 to 4 people, I offer two rooms with facilities: kitchen, bathroom, and living room. The house is located on the road that leads to the Venice refuge, where there is the only access to the summit of Mount Pelmo at 3168 m. From here, on clear days, you can see the Venice lagoon.

Unique design apartment in a historic farmhouse

One out of our five delicately renovated apartments located on the second floor of a charming, characterful farmhouse. It is one of the oldest buildings of a cosy little village in the Valle d’Isarco in Northern Italy. We find ourselves right in the center of sun-blessed South Tyrol, on a hilltop at the entrance of the Gardena and Funes valleys. Close to the dolomites mountains but not far away from the popular towns of Bolzano and Bressanone it is an ideal starting point to explore the region.

10 min from Lago di Braies

The apartment is located 2 km from the village center of Monguelfo, within a recently renovated old farmhouse. In the winter, it is a great location for cross-country and downhill skiing enthusiasts. 5 minutes from the Val di Casies loop and the Nordic Arena in Dobbiaco. 15 minutes from the ski lifts of Plan de Corones and Sesto Tre Cime di Lavaredo. In 10 minutes you will reach Lago di Braies and Dobbiaco, in 15 minutes San Candido and Valdaora, and in 20 minutes Brunico.

Situated in La Valle, on a hillside overlooking the mountain panorama as well as the valley, the apartment Confolia 3 is located in a typical alpine residential house. The rustic holiday apartment consists of a cosy kitchen with dining table and corner seat, 2 bedrooms as well as 2 bathrooms and can therefore accommodate 5 people. Amenities also include Wi-Fi as well as a TV and if requested in advance, a cot and also a high chair for children are also available (for free).

Apartment with 3 bedrooms and terrace in Pfalzen

The apartment is located in a private house with two residential units. You live on the entire first floor, your landlord lives on the second floor. The house is in a quiet residential area and is a 3-minute walk from the bus stop and village center. Pfalzen is well connected to public transport, every 30 minutes there is a bus connection to Bruneck. The apartment has 3 bedrooms, a spacious living and dining area, bathroom and day toilet and a large terrace.

The apartment includes a room with three beds and a large balcony, a bathroom with shower and toilet (without bidet), a living room with sofa, TV, and a well-stocked kitchenette. We also offer bed, bathroom and kitchen linens. For the car there is a (free) parking space in front of the house. Villa Christina is 200 meters from the center and the ski bus stop, 400 meters from the Haunold chairlift and 100 meters from the cross-country ski trail and the woods.

Unser ganz aus Holz gebautes Haus befindet sich am südlichen Ortsrand von Sillian, es ist sehr ruhig und sonnig gelegen und nur einige Minuten vom Dorfzentrum entfernt. Das gemütliche Apartment (ca. 110 qm groß) mit viel Atmosphäre ist im Parterre mit privatem Zugang zu Terrasse und Garten. Das geräumige Wohnzimmer und die große Wohnküche haben beide einen Holzofen und große Fenster mit wunderschönem Ausblick auf den Bio-Garten und die umliegende Bergwelt.
